Enjoy the prime location of this 2 bedroom condo on Park Ave. Downtown Breckenridge restaurants and shops are within walking distance of our front door. Park in our underground parking and leave your car there for your entire stay. An energetic walk will take you to the QuickSilver Super6 Lift or 50 steps to catch the free bus to Peak 8 or 9. Ski-in from the 4 O'Clock Run ending with a short walk to the condo or proceed onto the Apres Ski bars and enjoy the nightlife. The 1,138 sq. ft. first floor condo is remodeled with new carpet, granite countertop, new appliances, and electronics. Ski or hike all day and come back and relax in the hot tub right next door. Downtown Breckenridge is at your doorstep.
High speed internet access is available. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, and shopping. Large living room, dining room, and breakfast bar. Master features a queen bed, private bath, and TV. Second bedroom has single bed and a set of bunk beds, TV, and DVD player for the kids to watch movies or play games. A queen sofa sleeper, and love seat sleeper allow for additional sleeping. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. On site indoor hot tub and sauna. A covered community heated pool is within a l 1/2 block brisk outdoor walk. Showers, lockers, and changing area are provided. Cook up some steaks on the grill on the community patio or make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine to soft music from the stereo or party hearty, your choice. TV's are in all the rooms.
Breckenridge and Summit County provide year round activities. Use Breckenridge as your base to ski or shuttle over to Keystone, Copper Mountain, or Vail. Cross country ski from the Nordic Center just up the hill. The Breck Recreation Center provides tennis, swimming, indoor rock climbing, weights, running, and exercise equipment all at an extremely low price for the individual or family. Summer months you can fish The Blue or hike to the sky-whatever your pleasure may be. Bike or hike the many trails in the area-from Breck to Vail via maintained paths. Public golf courses are available in Breck, Keystone (2), Copper Mtn., and Vail. Summer outdoor concerts with local and visiting artists. Shopping is available at the resort or the outlet mall in Silverthorne. Gambling is only an hour away.

We had a great time at the condo. It was nearby to everything downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and nearby lifts. We went up to Peak 9's ten mile station Easter morning for the sunrise service. Great experience! The parking garage and elevator were very appreciated because my brother had recently had surgery and wouldn't have been able to get around otherwise. Thanks for the stay!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The place was great. It had more than enough to feel at home. Plenty of kitchen supplies for those who like to cook on vacation. Also, we much appreciated the firewood supply! The walk to downtown and the Maggie lift tickets was short. It was nice to pass by the Double Tree and know you paid a fraction of the price and got 3x as much space. This was a great unit with a fantastic location. Every detail had been carefully considered. There were extra pillows and blankets in the closet, plenty of towels, and every kitchen utensil anyone would ever need. While preparing some food, I realized I'd forgotten to bring hot sauce. Turned out to be a non-issue; in the refrigerator door was a bottle of Cholula. Park your car and leave it. You can walk to town or the lifts. And if you want to go further, take the bus right outside. Quiet unit with comfortable beds so very restful sleep. Be sure to use the hot tub. It's the perfect way to relax after a busy day. I highly recommend this unit. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your vacation home!Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

You can tell within minutes that this is a unit the owner actually uses. There are spices, baking supplies, cleaning supplies, condiments, quality cookware, useful food storage containers, humidifiers, abundance of seating, an iron and board, blow dryer, crock pot (a nice, big one), good televisions, soft towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, many cooking utensils and cutlery, and on and on. The kitchen is like what you would do if this was your own unit - granite counters, stainless appliances, full-featured microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with water and ice maker on the door, garbage disposal, everything! The master has a very good mattress, the dresser was roomy. The carpet and furnishings were clean and really comfortable. Plenty of storage for our six sets of skis, poles and boots right inside the door in a dedicated open closet/cubbie. Most important: a responsive, helpful owner and genuinely nice guy. If only he could have made it snow more, too! Thanks, John. This was our best of about a dozen VRBO experiences.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Breckenridge is a beautiful place! Your condo was very convenient to everything we needed to do. Loved the fireplace! We definitely needed it. We worked the puzzles for fun. "Traveler" Thank you for looking at our Cimarron Condo, 305 S Park Ave, Breckenridge, CO. We are available for the nights that you are requesting. Our unit will be available by 4:00 pm on your arrival date of "Check-in Date" and check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure date. If there are no other renters that have booked the unit prior to your arrival you can check with us for an earlier check-in. The dates that you are requesting will not be reserved until the deposit has been received. We accept cashier checks, Visa, and M/C. We ask for 1/3 of the total cost as deposit to book the unit and the remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival. At the time of full payment I will send an informational e-mail with the Access Code, Directions, Parking Pass, and general details. The Cimarron condo is centrally located with an approximate one block walk to the Peak 9 ski lift, one block from the 4 O'Clock ski run, and just across the street from the downtown performing arts center. You are right across the street from the bus stop that takes you to all the lifts including the gondola. You are within walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shopping (1 block). The Cimarron condo complex has a non-smoking and no pet policy. We would love to work with you in scheduling your Breckenridge Vacation.
