*Modern and spacious, this first-floor villa includes a King bed, a Queen bed, two Twin beds, and two sofas that can be converted to two additional Twin beds. Access to a large balcony is through the living room or master bedroom, where you can see and hear the waves roll in off the Atlantic.
*The property is fenced & gated and has monitored security cameras. This ensures that safe, ample parking is always available, and that the 2 expanded/upgraded swimming pools are never too crowded.

This condo is perfectly located on beautiful Folly beach. It is walking distance to many of the restaurants. Upon on our arrival we were pleased to find shopping carts in the parking garage. They were so helpful we only had to make one trip even with four kids. The unit is set up to accommodate at least 6 adults comfortable. We went on a Mommies trip and bought our nannies with us and the bedroom situation was perfect. The unit was clean and well maintained. It has it's own private pool with views of the ocean. Stayed at this condo all winter and loved it!! Sonny was so helpful to us as newcomers to the area...gave us lots of wonderful hints as to where to eat and what to be sure to see...the condo was very nicely done and you could tell that Sonny did put himself into the decorating and the kitchen arrangement...very well stocked with everything necessary to have a wonderful stay...would definitely stay there again...Susie and ButchRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
