Tidewater Beach Resort is the newest luxury resort on Panama City Beach! This resort is direct gulf front, with. Opened in 2008. Enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets from this brand new, gorgeous condo, with elegant and upscale decorator furnishings. The views from the 12th and 14th floors are spectacular. From the balcony, lookout over the emerald green water and white sandy beaches to watch the dolphins play! Get up early to watch the stunning sunrise, a glimpse of heaven.
This phenomenal new resort offers more amenities than any high-rise on Panama City Beach. Two lagoon pools with spas, 4200 square feet each, a huge heated indoor pool, pool side tiki bar (to open in 2009), fitness center (built in TV's on the equipment) with a health bar, 4300 square feet, including two Roman hot tubs, steam room and sauna, onsite restaurant and sundries shop to open in 2009. A 5000 square feet conference center, a movie theater just like the real thing, covered walkways from parking deck to the condo, and so much more! That is more amenities than any resort in Panama City Beach! We have seven high speed elevators to get you to your condo in minutes!
We have two of these units, on the 12th and 14th floors. They are two bedroom plus bunk area, three bath units that sleep 8 each. A king in the master, queen in the guest, a bunk room with twins, and a queen sleeper in the family room, for a total of 1131 square feet of living space. The master and guest bedrooms have upgraded pillowtop mattreses. Everything in this condo is brand new and professionally decorated. The units boast granite countertops and 9 feet ceilings. Many extras and upgrades in the unit make it comfortable, relaxing and fun. High speed internet with WiFi will keep you connected, flat screen TV/DVDs in both bedrooms and in the family room to entertain you. Flat screen 32" in the family room, and flat screen 27" in the both bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Free long distance anywhere in the continental U.S.

Pier Park has opened and is a planned shopping and entertainment mega complex, less than 1/2 mile away. It is a 900,000-square-foot outdoor mall. There are shops, art galleries and places to eat, just no roof, except for the movie theatre; it has a roof. It looks like the main street in a quaint small town of yesteryear. Jimmy Buffet's Margarittaville, Back Porch Restaurant, and Ron Jon's Surf Shop have made Pier Park their home, along with over 100 more shops and restaurants. Your favorite department stores are there like Dillard's and JCPenney, they also have shops with local beach flavor, like Jake at the Beach and Beach Scene. If you're looking for sunglasses, a hat, earrings or a necklace; Ron Jon, Bebo'z, Tilly's or Sunsight's are great places to find any and all accesories you may need, or just want. Shipwreck Island is right up the street and is a water park filled with fun for all ages! Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum is another entertaining thing to do with the kids. Panama City Beach is growing by leaps and bounds, with a total renovation now well underway. New restaurants are popping up everywhere.
If dining at home while on vacation is not your idea of fun, then get out and explore all the wonderful restaurants in Panama City and down 30-A. Some local favorites are 30 Degree Blue, Kingfish Plantation, Club 19, Lime's Bar and Grill, and the Saltwater Café and Martini Bar. Take a short ride to Rosemary Beach and try out the upscale restaurants Ona No and Blue by Night. Shades is in Inlet Beach, and a great casual restaurant for the entire family.
Do not miss the spectacular architecture of Water Color, and while you are there, have dinner at Fish Out Of Water, you will not be disappointed. It is very upscale, make this a romantic evening. Another favorite for breakfast and lunch is the Fonville Press at Alys Beach, where you will be in awe of the stunning all white, inspired from Greece, architecture. If you stop in Seagrove Beach, Café 30-A is one you do not want to miss, along with Bud and Alley's in Seaside. Do not forget the fun, The Red Door is where it is. Live jazz and great food will make this a night to remember.
