Located in the new subdivision called "The Bungalos." The Resort is on the Emerald Coast Parkway which is an exclusive, fantastic family vacation spot!
The Sandestin Resort is a 2400 acre gated community with miles of bicycle trails, including a tunnel under the highway which takes you directly to the beach. The resort has 4 championship golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a 98 slip Marina on the bay, miles of white sand beaches, tennis, pools, marina, spa, children’s activities, fishing in the bay or in the many area lakes throughout the resort, and the outlet mall shopping is 3 minutes to the resort. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants located in the resort on the bay and beach side and all along Highway 98.
You get it all, the beach, the bay, the lakes, exciting Baytowne Village and very exclusive Marina at the Wharf on Choctowhatchee Bay, swimming pool(s), restaurants, walking and biking trails, shopping, ice-cream parlors, live music, etc...The Resort is a beautiful, exclusive, gated and high security resort. We will provide you proper authorization so that you will be able to come and go virtually 24 hours per day with ease.
The Resort is known for the clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure "sugar" white sands, PLUS the Finz Restaurant and occasionally a LIVE BAND right at the beach. Extensive landscaping,w/lush flowers, trees and Florida cottage architecture sets the tone for the Bungalos. Our Bungalow has that quaint Key West appeal with palm trees, a master suite w/walk-in closet.
This brand-new home in the Resort's newest neighborhood boasts high ceilings & doorways, limestone floors w/ designer area rugs, a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout. Also included for guests is a queen sofa sleeper! We also have a furnished screened-in Lanai with table and chairs to relax outside. (See PICs)
A large screen Cable TV with a (800 watt)DVD home theater, AM & FM Stereo system. DVD (1 VCR). TV in all bedrooms. The Bungalos are very family-friendly and are secure with the Resort's Security personnel. Very close to the pool (about 150 ft) with dressing and restrooms, lounge chairs and extra guest parking. This is one of the nicest pools in the resort.
It is just a very short drive with ample parking to the Resort's beautiful (almost) pure white beaches, marina, golfing or the Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Close to Jolee (Pirate) Island (children's playground) and grocery store. Lighted pedestrian/bike tunnel under highway to the beachside. Miles of running/bike trails throughout the resort. Be sure to stroll the marina in the Village at the Wharf to see the fabulous ocean going yachts!

Now we’ve barely mentioned our beach! Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter.
The Resort has great beach access with a pool on the beach, a live band, restaurants and even showers to rinse off. There's plenty of parking in most areas of the resort. Lots of fun activities for the kids, they even have Jolee Island, an island park with a pirate theme with lots of playground equipment. Fun for the adults too!
