Casa Truchas is a lovely adobe home on three plus gorgeous acres of land with an adjacent guest-house. The guest house is also a full-time rental, Casita Truchas. Beautiful views abound! Casa Truchas, the main house, can sleep six people and has two bedrooms and two baths. It is fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The main living level has the living room, one full bathroom, entryway with closet, separate dining room, family-style kitchen and sitting area with toasty gas fireplace. The second portion of the house is a split level. The Master Suite is up six steps. The "Family" room, second bedroom, and laundry rooms are on the lower level, a half flight down.

Being 2500 square feet, with two bedrooms and two baths, Casa Truchas is very spacious. The master suite is very large with wood-burning kiva fireplace, king-size bed, sitting area, and exercise bike. The master bath has a oversized shower (only), antique sink base, dressing table, and separate toilet/bidet room.

Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, sitting area and enormous window. Our "Family Room" has office area with computer and printer, exercise area with treadmill, stair-stepper, rowing machine and weights, as well as extra sleeping space with a twin bed with twin trundle. Also, there's a large laundry room with washer and dryer.
