Every floor is an oasis of luxury: The entire third floor is a master suite with a king-size bedroom, sitting room, and a master bathroom with garden tub, dual shower, double vanity, bird's nest windows, walk-in closets and a private laundry room. The elevator doors open to a breathtaking view of the beach, leading to an amazing private balcony with panoramic views, perfect for watching the dolphins and sunrises.
The second floor features four bedrooms and a gathering room with a beautiful view of the pool and beach, complemented by a minibar, half bathroom, and separate laundry room. Each bedroom has its own king-size bed, bathroom and beachfront balcony. The other two bedrooms have twin beds with trundles.
The first floor is perfectly designed for cooking, lounging, dining, and entertaining with breathtaking views from every room. Just outside is a huge deck overlooking the pool and ocean. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional cookware and Viking and Subzero appliances. Three separate eating areas include a dining room that seats ten, kitchen bar and breakfast room featuring a fireplace that seats six more. The first floor also has a king master suite and includes a media room with large DLP theater equipment.
The ground floor features a private beachfront pool, eight person hot tub, and a large screen porch and grilling area, ice machine, bathroom, shower, and fish cleaning area.
The entire home is professionally decorated for elegant beach living. No amenity has been left out.

My family has been renting homes in St George Island for 15 years. This house is hands down the best. We normally try a new home every year. We are returning to Kyma next year!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Perfect wedding spot! My daughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful!!!! Kyma is a lovely home! We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return! We have vacationed the gulf for years, St. George is our new gulf destination.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
