This beautiful newer home located the center of Colorado Wine Country is only minutes from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and the Grand Mesa. Five minutes to Delta but in a country setting we are surrounded by the West Elk Wilderness, the Uncompahgre Plateau and the Grand Mesa.
The nearby quaint towns of Cedaredge, Paonia, Hotchkiss and Crawford are known for their cultural events and live music venues. Not to miss are the many antique shops, artisans and art studios as well as winery and agricultural tours including Buffalo and Elk ranches. Top it off with Gold Medal Fishing in the park and near by Golf at two seperate courses.
The Gunnison River Park, Homes, RV sites and 3200 SqFt Hall are available for weddings and other family and professional events. Limited Camping is available with rental of Homes and facilities.

$10 for each additional guest over 6. Rvs and camping w/Home rental:
Rv spaces $20 per night/4 guests maximum and Camping $10 per couple per night
