WELCOME TO THE WELLMAN HOUSE ON NORRIS LAKE
Nestled in a cove on Norris Lake, the Wellman house is the perfect vacation getaway, with lakefront convenience and comfort. Built in 2001, it offers an ideal setting for quality time with family and friends.
Whether wanting to be on the lake or golf course, guests can enjoy a well-maintained home that’s cozy and colorful. The house sleeps 12, with two living areas, an ample kitchen and dining room.
Guests of the Wellman House have access to a floating boatslip. The dock is just 200 feet from the house. A paved walk connects the house to the dock. Since the cove is at the end of a no-wake zone, it offers a quieter place to enjoy the water and sun from the dock or swim platform.

The largest of the Tennessee Valley Authority lakes, Norris has 34,000 acres, with 800 miles of shoreline, providing waterways and countless coves for exploring and enjoying. No matter what season you visit, the fullness of the scenery is breathtaking.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
3 night minimum. Rent for six nights and NO CHARGE for seventh night.
Prime-time ... $350/night. Memorial day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
Pre-Season ... $250/night. April and May (not including Memorial Day weekend).
Post-Season .. $250/night. After Labor Day weekend through October.
Off-Season ... $175/night. January, February, March, November, December.
Cleaning Fee is $125; Security Deposit: $350 (refundable).
Tennessee sales tax applies.
Repeat guests get ten percent discount from rental fee.
