Built in 2001, it offers an ideal setting for quality time with family and friends. Whether wanting to be on the lake or golf course, guests can enjoy a well-maintained home that’s cozy and colorful. The house sleeps 12 comfortably, with two living areas, an ample kitchen and dining room. Guests of the Wellman House have access to a floating boatslip. The dock is just 200 feet from the house. A paved walk connects the house to the dock. Since the cove is at the end of a no-wake zone, it offers a quieter place to enjoy the water and sun from the dock or swim platform. Pre-Season ... $250/night. April and May (not including Memorial Day weekend).
Post-Season .. $250/night. After Labor Day weekend through October.
Off-Season ... $175/night. January, February, March, November, December.
Cleaning Fee is $125; Security Deposit: $350 (refundable).
Tennessee sales tax applies.
Repeat guests get ten percent discount from rental fee.
