Restored fully during 2005 to retain its old-world charm, the residence features exposed beams, plaster walls, Velux windows and skylights, hand-made terra cotta floors, and hand-painted ceramic tile.
The residence is situated in one of the liveliest districts in Paris... tres chic! Yet when inside the residence, the street noise is inaudible.
The residence sleeps six comfortably. No lines for the toilet here as the toilet and shower are in separate rooms each complete with mirror and it's own sink.
You'll find all the modern conviences to which you are accustomed, including AIR CONDITIONING, nestled inside the old-warm charm and character of the historic residence.

This was all of our first time in Paris and we loved every minute of it. The apartment was a perfect base for all of our Paris adventures. A trip to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Montmartre are a must. Alsa, make sure you go get the best falafel in Paris. It's right down the street from the apartment. Every morning we got fresh bread and croissants which gave us energy for the day ahead.Some advice : if you are planning to go major museums and sights then definitely buy a museum pass. It's paid off after 2 or 3 museums. Thanks Mr Blondeau.

Dear Monsieur Blondeau, we enjoyed our stay in you lovely apartment and we found everything in working order and many things were beyond our expectations! my teenage son loved the loft and i enjoyed hearing the voices below our wondow at night. This is a very quiet street next to many interesting places and cafes. Great location. Even though the stairs were numerous i feel as though i am leaving in better shape than when i arrived- with legs très bon. Thank you again!
