Nice neighborhood and a good quality appartment. It was clean and good to find. The contact person is friendly and helpfull. There is a parking garage on walking distance /- 500m. When we go to Paris we will rent this apartment again!

Perfect location, beautiful building and very close to metro. Very large apartment. Pictures accurate. No street noise. Only thing to note is the 95 stairs with no lift. Would stay again.

We are very pleased with this unit and with the personal attention we received from the owner, who speaks English and is very helpful. The apartment has lots of old-world charms and feels very Parisian, including the 90 steps mentioned in the website (and no elevator). Good exercise every time! The owner has ties to Andalucia, and this is reflected in the decor. Plenty of natural lighting especially with the Velux skylights. Fully equipped with Miele dishwasher and washer/dryer which the owner explains to us in detail on how to use them and provided us with all the necessities. There is TV with lots of channels including English (not that we need one while on vacation), good WiFi connection and phone line with free dials to the US! The view of the Beaubourg's rooftop welcoming us every morning is icing on the cake. Certainly a very good choice in the Marais district for 4-6 people not concerned with sharing one bathroom (there is a separate toilet). The third bed is in the alcove inside the larger bedrooom, so there is no privacy for the 4 people sharing this together, but the living area is spacious enough to convert to a 3rd bedroom given the sofa bed. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Madame Blondeau ist eine sehr nette freundliche Person. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Aufstieg mit Gepäck in die 4. Etage war etwas mühsam, aber doch zu schaffen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, gute Lokale in der Umgebung.

We have rented an appartment like this for the first time through an internet site we did not know. The result was absolutley fantastic. the place looks exactly as presented on the web. We expected that of us 6, 2 had to sleep on the couch in the living room, instead there are three double bedrooms which made the stay even more pleasant. The house has everything: computer with internet, flat screen TV with cable TV, a lot of Paris guides and other books, all kinds of games, towels, a kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine and everything else you can think of. The furniture is very cozy and you see the roofs of the Centre George Pompidour from the flat windows. We were told that we could also use the phone for free european country calls. M. Blondeau, the owner of the house is very very friendly and helpful and very easy going. We raccomand to take a taxi if you arrive or go to the airport Orly. The cost for 6 people was only 65 Euro, which is almost the same as the metro. From Charles De Gaulle it might be more, but by metro it is easy to arrive at the flat. The area is very central. You are at 5 minutes fom Centre George Pompidou and at walking distance from Notre Dame, Louvre and many other monuments in the area. The metro is also at 5 minutes walking distance. we are very satisfied and will be back when every possible. With All-Paris-Apartments we experienced an excellent and very fast service. Everything worked out perfect and all questions have been answered immediately in our language (which is Italian). We did not know All-Paris-Apartments before but after this very positive experience we can raccomand them with pleasure

L' appartamento era perfetto: perfetta la posizione e accogliente nell'insieme. Forse ripensandoci toglierei la plastica dal materasso del letto matrimoniale perche' durante la notte nel muoversi da' fastidio....ma si tratta veramente di una schiocchezza!!!! Il proprietario e' stato gentilissimo e ci ha anche portato le valigie fin su al quarto piano. Grazie!
