Our LUXURY home is located in River Run Estates in Alpine Meadows, North Lake Tahoe, California. There are 11 different ski resorts near our Tahoe home. World class skiing at both Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows resort, are both within three miles of our front door! Our back yard offers the river pond, where the Truckee River Rafting ends at the famous "River Ranch" restaurant and bar. Across the river, the bike path also passes by. The Western States and Tahoe Rim trails are within walking distance from our location. We offer a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis court within steps of our house.
Our non-smoking home is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps six people. Our property includes beds that are pillow-top with down comforters and pillows, a two-car garage with additional parking. A fully equipped kitchen and entertainment center keeps the house busy after a day of playing!
This unique home is fabulously placed in North Tahoe, just three miles from Tahoe City, on the Truckee River, as well as the area bus route. The easy access to any season's activity is the key to our location. Tahoe offers something for everyone, whether it is relaxing on our lawn by the Truckee River or cross-country skiing on the trails behind the property.
We feel very confident that our visitors will find the location of our home to be fantastic. Should there be a busy Tahoe weekend, you won't need to sit in any traffic; there are stores in both directions, and skiing right out the door. In the summer, there are 70 miles of paved bike path! We love Tahoe; we think you will too! |
