Bear Hollow is a new, quiet, luxury community, close to resorts not only in Park City, but also an easy drive to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton. We are also just a 2 minute drive from lots of wonderful shopping, entertainment, and restaurants in Red Rock Plaza where parking is easy (unlike in old town Park City area). Also less than 5 minutes away is the Olympic Park museum, bobsled,ski jumping, and zip line rides; and 5 minutes from the huge Tangiers Outlet Mall. For summer activities - we are centrally located to several golf resorts - more convenient for those who want to golf at more than just the Park City golf course. We also have easy access to Salt Lake city attractions and shopping which are only 20 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking trails are close by.

We have many features you will not find in other condos in Park City. We are special because we have direct elevator access to our underground heated garage. Visitors have a choice of large pool and two hot tubs - the recreation center hot tub open year round and another hot tub just steps away open in winter. We have highly upgraded our condo with decorator furnishings, warm wood floors in the living room dining room and kitchen, custom carpets and paint. Our unit has a wonderful open floor plan which provides a perfect area for family and friends to gather. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are all open to each other giving a very spacious feeling and encouraging interaction between family and friends. Our living room and bedrooms enjoy mountain views. We have Wifi, satellite TV in the living room and every bedroom, IPOD ready stereo system, and a very well equipped kitchen. just for our condo We have recently installed a water purification and a water softening system which provides softened and purified delicious water to every tap. No need to buy bottled water.
Many great shops, movie theatres, and restaurants including Whole Foods, Red Rock Brewery, Quiznos, Cold Stone Creamery, Panda Express, ski shop, bookstore, coffeeshop, and golf shop. City bus stop.
Olympic museum, bobsled and zipline rides, bobsled and ski jump competition. Ski jump demonstration shows.
Bus goes south to Canyons resort, Park City ski resort, Old town. Goes north to Tangiers Outlet center and Redstone Plaza shops and restaurants.

My husband Rick, our daughter and myself stayed in this beautiful Condo in Feb. 2011. I recommend this condo most highly, the pictures are very accurate, the condo was very clean, there were "lots" of towels,clean linens, blankets and other amenities. Dave's directions were "perfect" and the nicest surprise was that there were some supplies in the kitchen,..very nice after a long flight. The heated garage was a nice bonus also! The location was perfect, close to great grocery stores, shopping etc. The Owners had thoughtfully left lots of brochures of restaurants, ski areas, movie theatres etc. The Owners obviously care very much for their home, and it was a pleasure for us to stay there.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great stay. Beautiful Condo with convenient access to Park City. Well appointed and very comfortable. Everything as advertised, good value, and terrific service from owners. Would certainly stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended.
