This homes offer central air conditioning, high speed internet DLS, propane gas grill, outdoor patio furniture and lovely water views. Great fishing off the 46' dock in the evenings for snapper and tarpon. Boat ramp and rental boats located on the same canal. Also on the same waterway you will find a charter boats, dive shop, bait store, gas dock and a open air restaurant.
Walk in the evenings over to Charter Boat row and see the catch of the day or stop by Sparky's Landing for a waterside cocktail and snack. If you feel like a little sunbathing or snorkeling from the beach visit our very own Sunset Park at the end of West Ocean Drive. Bike rentals are available locally and sea kayks too! Bike paths surround the island for evening strolls or bike riding. Golf, tennis and the playground are all within walking distance. Key Colony is a vacationers dream. Our guests come back year after year. Do as much as you want or as little as you want!
Feel secure knowing we have our very own police department and police boat patrolling the area for your safety. All amenities and activities are very convenient to this home. Quick, deep water access to the ocean and gulf to some of the best fishing and diving in the world.
Key West Airport is a one hour drive and Miami is only 2 hours. There is also a Keys Shuttle Service operating daily from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Key West airports. If you don't want to rent a car, take the shuttle and our taxi services will take you anywhere on the island.
