Front of House - Palmetto Dunes Rental House This magnificent, second row, ocean home was totally renovated in late 2004 and has recently been professionally decorated (all new furniture) and appointed. The home which is located on Armada has six large bedrooms and six full baths. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies and all six have TVs and DVDs and ceiling fans. The home is situated on a quiet dead-end street and has easy access to the private beach. The ocean can be seen from the house and is a short easy walk (approximately 100-150 feet). Free daily tennis (one hour) is provided at the world-class Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. This home is the perfect family getaway and ideal for relaxing. The home features beautiful moldings and woodwork and numerous skylights. The floors are marble and oak with Oriental carpets. There is also a Nutone music/intercom system throughout the house and free high-speed wireless DSL Internet access for your use. A separate laundry room with Neptune front loading washer and dryer is also available for your use. You will access the house through the foyer to the tremendous great room. In the great room are two large dining areas and a comfortable seating area with a 65-inch flat screen HDTV. There is also a wet bar with wine cooler and a gas brick fireplace for winter use. Directly adjacent to the great room there is a large screened porch with dining table and relaxed seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and top-of-the-line cabinets. There is also a separate deck just off the kitchen has a large stainless steel gas barbecue grill with intimate seating area. The outdoor area on the ocean side of the house features a pool*, spa*, and large wraparound Trex deck with dining table and seating around the pool. The lot has been professionally landscaped and you will enjoy seeing several flowering plants. Bedding consists of five bedrooms with kings, and one bedroom with a set of twins and two bunk beds that can sleep 4 children or 2-3 adults.
