Location: Conversano, Apulia, Italy, Europe (In the historical old town only 7 km far from the sea.)
Accommodations: Selfcatering apartments, 30 Bedrooms, 10+ Baths (Sleeps 74)
Selfacatering apartments and rooms in "Altavilla’s court", an old medieval court - completely restored with refined style - situated in a residential area in the historical centre of Conversano, (City of Art), on the hill far seven Km from the sea, where in the 1100 lived Sibilla d'Altavilla, Roberto Courtehouse's wife, the son of Guglielmo II the Conqueror. Following a complete restructure in the year 2002, a very unusual complex of antique dwellings located within the walls of the medieval Altavilla’s court, has been transformed into a receptive centre with hotel rooms, elegant suites and apartments where wrought iron furnishings in original stone built rooms with barrel ceilings and wooden beams, charm the guests.
All rooms are equipped with all modern comforts: direct control air conditioning, satellite TV, direct telephone, safes, internet connection, minibar and cooking facilities hidden in cupboard. Also available: solarium terrace, information desk, bikes, transfer facilities and excursions all around the area. Relaxing shiatsu massage service is also available in the rooms.
Our "Goffredo" Restaurant offers a typical regional cuisine using fresh seasonal products and every day it proposes different menus which enclose the history and the culinary customs of our town.
