After seven years of repeatedly visiting Summit County to ski in March and using VRBO - I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Jeff and Sherry's place. We have 2 families with 3 & 4 kids each and all but 1 of them are teenagers. This home provided more than ample space for comfort and privacy during our week long visit. Unlike a lot of listings the home is even better than the photos on this site. The layout of the home and the kitchen size+ amenities also added greatly to our evening dinner gatherings. We have many friends and family in the area at the same time and we love to have everyone over to enjoy a good meal and good company. The property is extremely well maintained. Also, when you rent a home you usually need to purchase basic items like paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, dish washing or laundry detergent. The home might not always provide these things but it was lovely to have these basics on hand for our stay. Can't wait to visit again!

This is the third time we've rented this house and I never once considered going anywhere else. In fact we'll go back again next year. It is absolutely first class...fantastic!! It is maintained extremely well...especially when you consider the beating a house can take from skiers. The views are wonderful, the gourment kitchen makes cooking easy and fun and the hot tub is just what yiu need after a day of skiing. You couldn't ask for anything more in a rental house...don't pass this one up!!!

We rented this home for a business event for important clients. It is a perfect home for this type of entertainment. The home was immaculate, with everything in perfect working order. Every fine detail was attended to. We also saw lots of wildlife on this trip! We saw three moose pass through the front of the home, and they even paused for us to photgraph them. We also saw a fox while we were relaxing in the hot tub. This is a fantastic home and even the most selective renter won't be disappointed in any way. The owners are very friendly and care that you enjoy your stay.

We have stayed at Kings Court 3 times and have loved every stay. It is very close to many ski resorts, including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone. We also went snowmobiling on our last trip and it was tons of fun. Kings Court is a beautiful home with a great view and awesome amenities. We used the hot tub daily and really enjoyed the massive kitchen. The house is large enough so that everyone has their own space and is very comfortable. The owners are wonderful and have been very helpful to us when we accidentally left something at the house or lost something in the front yard. They immediately mailed our items to us when they were found. We highly recommend Summit Vacation Homes to all of our friends and family who are planning a trip to Colorado. Can't wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this Kings Court Home. Jeff and Sheri were wonderful to work with, and the home was AMAZING. Everything we could possibly need was there, and I especially enjoyed cooking in the incredible kitchen. This is our second year of staying at Kings Court and again we were thoroughly satisfied with this spacious home and all of the amenities provided. We have a large family with our children and grandchildren. Being able to stay under one roof affords us the family time we enjoy. Most of our time is spent in the house playing dominoes, cribbage, phase 10 and any other game that keeps us together and entertained. The spaciousness of this house lets us all be doing our own things yet be close in proximity. Jeff and Sherrie are wonderful hosts who make sure that the house is clean with a well-stocked kitchen and pantry so that fixing meals and snacks is easy with no need to haul baking dishes etc. The hot tub is a big draw for the young ones and the tubing hills at Keystone and Frisco are also a big hit. The little ones are already talking and making plans for our stay again next year.

This vacation home rental in Silverthorne was one of the best rental homes that I have stayed in in Colorado. The home is new, absolutely stunning and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay! The home is a perfect home away from home, is very clean and well-maintained and is close to many Colorado mountain activities. In addition, the rental property owners will make sure your stay is very enjoyable. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the mountains, I highly recommend renting this home!

Not enough good things to say about this home. I have rented 13 other homes around Summit County over the years and this is far and away the nicest yet. Location, perfect - Kitchen, perfect - all of the amenities you could ever want. Sherri and Jeff could not have been more accommodating. Staying at King's Court is a wonderful experience. We have rented homes from Jeff and Sherri for many years and have always had the same experience. King's Court, like their other homes we have rented, is in a spectacular setting overlooking the Summit County valley with a beautiful view of Lake Dillion and awesome mountain peaks. The house easily can accomodate ten or twelve people with lots of room to spread out. The house is well supplied with kitchen accessories, movies, cable TV, internet, and most anything you could be wanting. We eagerly look forward to renting from Jeff and Sherri from one year to the next. You won't regret your decision to stay here for your Rocky Mtn. vacation. Whether you want to ski, hike, shop, sail, fish, or just hang out and enjoy your friends and family, you will have a memorable experience at King's Court.

We are a service sorority chapter. Every year a group of 10-12 of us go shopping in October at the Silverthorne Outlet Mall. It is a weekend that we look forward to all year. We have stayed at the Kings Court property for the last two years. After the first year, we couldn't wait to go back! This home is beautiful - clean, roomy, comfortable, and it has great views! We fix our own meals during our stay, and the kitchen is big and well equipped. It's great that this home has plenty of beds and bathrooms! It is sometimes very difficult to keep so many women happy with where we stay, but we have not had one complaint about the accommodations at this location. Working with Sherri has been wonderful, the reservation/deposit process is very straightforward. We would highly recommend this home to anyone planning to stay in the area. We are so sold on this home that we have already booked our next year's stay!

This place is fantastic! Very clean, well equipped with all the necessities and amenities, quiet, conveniently located, and great value for the price. It sleeps 12 people, but each bedroom is very private and the house is plenty large enough so that you can really get away from your clan within some part of the house if you want a little P&Q. Beautiful views of the mountain and the lake from the living room and master bedroom. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mountain rental with family and friends.

I have rented this house for a long weekend twice a year for the last several years. It is ALWAYS in immaculate condition, clean, aired out, fresh. It is large enough to accomodate a large group with plenty of bathroom and bed space. There are lots of towels and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. It is an elegant and gracious home. We leave each time wishing we could stay a few more days. It is reasonable priced for such a lovely house. I can't recommend this propertyb highly enough, a vacationer could not be disappointed.

Myself and seven other girlfriends spent a fantastic week at this wonderful home. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is big and spacious, has beautiful craftsmanship, and views that take your breath away. We thought it was reasonably priced for all this wonderful home had to offer. We had everything we needed.Kitchen fully stocked and fun to cook in. Saw a couple of foxes who visited in the morning. Many close attractions to keep us busy. Silverthorne a lovely town with shopping, Keystone for Bike Rentals to "Ride Vail Pass", Frisco and Breckenridge so close for shopping and eating. We really liked the Bakery in Dillon called Blue Moon and the Red Mountain Grill, also in Dillon (we think that was the name) :) Had really neat atmosphere and eats. Dillon Lake was great for morning runs/walks. Don't miss the Trial Head close to the house to hike to Lily Pad Lake. We took a drive (about an hour) to hike the Lower Caterac and then went on to the Sulpher Hot Springs for a soak in their many springs. We recommend doing the springs at night when it is cool and the stars are out. :) A fantastic destination with so much to do, and a wonderful home to come back to in the evening. We highly recommend this home. Can hardly wait to return.:)

We just got back from our vacation in Silverthorne and had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Sherri's King court home. The house was beautiful, the pictures do not do it half its justice. The home was very clean, very spacious, and there was not one thing that we needed that was not already in the home for us. My brothers and I took our parents here for their 40th anniversary. We all had a blast!!! There was plenty of room for all to spread out and the yard was amazing for the little ones, they had so much fun exploring the woods. We also enjoyed our nightly visits from several fox in the area. They usually stopped by while we were in the hot tub. Thank you Jeff and Sherri for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay. For the past four years, eight of my friends and I have spent three days at this property. Sherri and Jeff have always been very cooperative in letting us know if we can check in early or leave late. The home is emaculate , spacious enough for 9 of us to sleep comfortably and share bathrooms, and is set in the woods with a view of Lake Dillon. We play bridge,relax, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby but the large kitchen provides plenty of space for us to enjoy meals at the house. I would highly recommend this property.

We have been renting vacation homes from Sherri and Jeff of Summit Vacation Homes for our annual ski trip for about 8 years, and would not go anywhere else. Not only are their homes beautiful, clean, spacious, conveniently located, and user-friendly, Sherri and Jeff make you feel like you're "family" with their personalized attention. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and basic food items, lift ticket coupons are provided (a Godsend to help make our trip reasonably affordable), and when there's snow, they are right there, clearing it off. We love the hot tub ---which gets clean fresh water before we arrive, and there are brochures and information on area sights and activities. Their website is easy to navigate and answers any question you might have about the homes they rent. We used to go through a property rental management company for our ski trip rental homes, but renting from Sherri and Jeff is a LOT more pleasant and we get so much more value for our money. I most definitely would.... and DO... recommend Summit Vacation Homes to anyone.

This home in Silverthorne was perfect for us! We had 2 families (a total of 11 people) staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. The house is decorated beautifully, and it is exceptionally clean. The pictures don't do it justice! The hot tub is great after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is furnished with everything imaginable. There are even boot warmers in the mud room! We took advantage of the games that are provided, and used the large grill to prepare dinner. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home and would love to make it an annual tradition for our family! Thanks so much to the owners for such an exceptional experience!

Our ski group was one of the first groups to stay in the lovely Kings Court home. It is great accommodation for a group of up to 12. Our group has been traveling to Colorado for the last 25 years and we have been renting from Sherri and Jeff for the last 15 of those years. Our group has rented at least five different homes from Summit Vacation homes and all had been excellent. Sherri and Jeff are great to work with. I just spent a week in this home and completely enjoyed our stay! The home is spotless, and upon reflection, there wasn't a single item we said that we 'wished we had', because it was all there to start with! The home's owners are delightful, friendly, helpful, and passionate to make sure that your stay is exactly what you want it to be. This is truly an outstanding property that is well maintained, and in a fantastic location convenient to the local ski areas, outlet shopping, fishing, restaurants. We used the home as a 'base' while we skied at Arapahoe Basin, Keystone Mountain, Vail, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge as they are all only a short drive away. You can't go wrong on this home.....

I was part of a group of seven who spent a week at this rental home in February, 2011. It truely was a perfect place to stay for a week of skiing. The house is very new, well maintained, very clean and very spacious. The house is up a ways on one of the mountains, and as a result, you have stunning panoramic views of the neighboring mountains. The common area -- dining room, family and kitchen -- are very well laid out and are quite conducive to the kind of comraderie you expect to enjoy on a ski trip. The hot tub is a nice feaure as well. Finally, the owners are very friendly, and are nearby in case there are any problems.

This is a beautifully designed and well equipped vacation home. The location is perfect. Mesa Cortina is a quiet and private neighborhood yet just a few minutes away from Silverthorne / Dillon where you can find anything that you might need. It is only a short drive away from seven major ski areas - we skied a different mountain each day! The house is spaceous, comfortable and meticulously maintained. There are so many amenieties - you couldn't ask for more. The owners ( Sherri & Jeff ) are the nicest people you will ever do business with. The house is clean; spacious; comfortable and features high end appliances. The house is a short drive to 6 major ski resorts. Our hosts cleared the driveway after each snow fall. Also, twice a week the hot tub was topped up and chemical balance was checked. We have rented this house for the same week for the last 5-years (last 7-years through the same owners). I highly recommended.

We had an amazing ski trip and this home was the icing on the cake. New construction & humongous... this house has incredibly large rooms with really comfy beds, state of the art gourmet kitchen, huge living room to relax and the wonderful hot tub to soak your aches away! Colorado provided the slopes and Sherri/Jeff provided the house which made our experience excellent!!

We stayed at this great home during the holidays. Our large family fit so comfortably and found the home to be beautifully supplied. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to prepare huge meals (just add food!). The location in Silvethorne is so convenient to so many winter or summer activities. The pictures in the listing really don't do the property justice. The property was very well maintained and very clean. We would definitely recommend this property, especially for large families.

This home is more than anyone could ask for! It is perfect for several large families, or for company entertainment. Attention is given to all details and after staying in this home, there wasn't a single suggestion I could make to have improved our stay! We recently stayed in this beautiful home with extended family. It was the perfect house. We had 3 little ones ages 18 months, 3 yr and 4 yrs. The kitchen was wonderful and had all the necessary things to bake cupcakes which the kids enjoyed, The owner is great to work with and she was very helpful with information around silverthorne. Our family has stayed here twice now. Words can not describe the wonderfulness of this home and the owners. There is personal space for five, one being a master bedroom a celebrity would love. The master bedroom could house a small family. The kitchen is a wonderful place to hangout in and enjoy cooking. The windows in the living room are to die for. You look out these large magnificent window to Dillon Lake and a ski slope. The deck and jacuzzi are also a great place to relax and enjoy family, friends and the beautiful scenery. We can't recommend this home enough. Enjoy!!

We highly recommend this home: it was very clean, well provided for, and like new. We loved the layout and the home was much bigger than the photos led us to believe - a pleasant suprise. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and hang out visiting. The cooking pots/pans were in the huge pantry, which offered plenty of room for our food supplies as well. We had never been in a home with heated floors and really liked it. Unlike some VRBOs, there was no cleaning fee, which we liked because we treat any home like our own and left it needing minimal cleaning. The hot tub felt so good and we easily fit three kids and three adults in it. We liked it that the owners do recycle and made it easy to do so - both in the kitchen and the garage. We brought a couple of movies to watch, but there is a good DVD and book supply in the home for renters to use. And in the mornings I loved just taking a cup of coffee out on the front porch to enjoy the crisp cool air and the great view of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains. We really want to go back again sometime and will do so!

We have been leasing this home for 4 consecutive years. It's great and keeps us coming back! It is spacious, well furnished with alot of extras, and great for families and friends. The kitchen is wonderful; the bedrooms are nice sized; and the bathrooms are large and well appointed. The owners are nearby and very attentive and accomodating. The home is very well maintained. Sitting out on the large deck is relaxing and a great place to view Lake Dillon, the awesome mountains or the Colorado star-filled sky at night. We enjoy staying in this area because it is so close to Lake Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge and Frisco and it is just a short drive to Vail too! When we are there we golf, sail, shop, hike, eat and just generally play.

This is a great house. We have rented this house for 3 years every July and have loved every second. The house is beautifully built, great for families and the owners are great to work with. The house is well-stocked with everything you could need for a week away from home. The house is located near shopping, restaurants, hiking, boating and more - yet it is located up on the mountain and is on enough land that it has a private feel. We typically have 6-8 people and have room for more. There is plenty of space to have privacy if desired and the living areas are great for gatherings. I can't say anything bad about this property or the owners. If you are looking for a restful place that is well maintained and welcoming at a great value, this is the place for you.

This home is fabulous and the owners are so easy/nice to deal with. We stay at this home every year and we will continue coming back. It is a great location with fabulous views off the front deck. It is a relaxing place to be and I can't say enough how nicely this house is built and decorated. It is high quality and a great value. There are usually 8 or so people in the house at any given time and we all fit nicely with plenty of space and privacy if desired. The hot tub is well maintained and there everything is well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

Our family of 11 (8 adults, 3 children) was extremely happy with this beautiful home in the mountains in Silverthorne. We had plenty of space for all of us to enjoy time together or alone. The kitchen and family rooms were large and well designed. The master suite was huge. We were close to rafting, golf, horseback riding, hiking and shopping. The owners were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house to a friend. It set the bar very high for our next family vacation!

My family recently took our vacation out to Colorado and while looking for a place to stay we came across Summit Vacation Homes. This house was absolutely beautiful with everything you could want. Waking up to the view of the mountains was wonderful. Great location to many activities: horseback riding, rafting, jeep tours and hiking. We will definitely be back! Maybe next we will ski.

We stayed in the Kings Ct. and it was absolutely beautiful. The view of the mountains was wonderful to wake up to. The house had everything you could want with all the comforts of home. My husband and I along with our daughter, my parents, two sisters and husbands, a niece and two nephews stayed in this beautiful home from May 23 -29. We were so thrilled to find the home so well stocked! We've stayed in homes before and had to run to stores to by basics like towels and garbage bags. Everything you could think of and then some was found in the home. The views from the deck were spectacular and we all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor living areas. The home was so large that even our big group never felt crowded and had plenty of space to "get away" if needed. The home feels secluded yet is located close enough to several stores and shopping areas. The lake and numerous trails as well as resort areas are within 10 - 15 minutes drives. My parents loved the fireplaces in particular and we all enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen. We later discovered that the owners of this home also owned a home we had stayed at before in Silverthorne. We had found that home to be spectacular too - so no wonder we were pleased with this home. We are already speaking with friends to return to CO next year and you can bet we will stay in this house!

My group of 13 stayed here last January and it was the best house ever. We walked in and all of our jaws dropped like we just walked into MTV cribs. Sherri was fantastic and so easy to work with by e-mail. Our group had a fantastic time and could not stop complimenting what a gem (of a vacation home) I had found.
