The villa is exquisitely decorated, has fine linens, glassware, handmade Italian tile baths and a terrace and deck with a very private swimming pool. The architectural style is Mediterranean, the interior is a perfect mix of Caribbean, European and Asian styles with exotic woods, leather, beautiful, handmade decorative pieces, and special terra-cotta floors throughout.
Situated on the hillside in French Cul de Sac, half way between Orient Bay and Grand Case, Villa Côté Sud is a peaceful oasis. The view is amazing, the ambiance calm and tranquillity; the location is far from any noise of cars and roads. This home has this special touch that makes it unique, and a truly wonderful villa experience.
Very private swimming pool, deck and lounge (allows "au natural"). Three air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans (two king, one double bed). Two bathrooms with hair dryer. Satellite TV with US channels, DVD, Stereo with CD-player with air-conditioned in this room. Completely equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, full size American refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender.
BBQ Grill (in the garden, near pool). Washer, Internet access with Wifi system (bring your laptop or notebook), 110 Volt transformer (220 Volt standard), Safety deposit box in master suite, Linen, towels and beach towels provided, Maid service two times a week.
