Situated next to a beautiful cypress tree pond which was part of a previous golf course, this small community (62 homes) with a swimming pool is a nice change from the concrete and steel high-rises along the oceanfront - and it is cheaper. There is a nearby shopping center with restaurants. The Grand Strand is noted for its pleasant climate and plentiful entertainment and restaurants, not to mention the best beaches you can find.
