You can't find a better spot on St. Thomas than Cowpet Bay East and you won't find a better two bedroom villa than this one. This waterfront villa has all the amenities your looking for and in a location that is nothing short of perfect. It is a short walk to a beautiful private beach lined with chaise lounges and palm trees. The lush tropical vegetation will help you forget the temperatures up north. You can swim and snorkel in protected Cowpet bay or enjoy a dip in the immaculately maintained pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center, spa and tennis court next door and of course a watersports activities center right on the beach. One can walk to two restaurants situated on the beach or walk across the street and dine at the Ritz Carlton. If your feeling more adventurous spend the evening in Red Hook or take the ferry to St. John, it leaves every hour.
The villa has two bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed that opens onto a lanai. The garden bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, and a day bed that provides two additional twins. The main living area is spacious, tastefully furnished and overlooks the pristine bay. Enjoy the sunset, the lapping waves and tropical breezes on the lanai. The villa has been very well maintained with many upgrades, including original local artwork.

My husband and I decided to buy at Cowpet East because the property is beautiful, perfectly situated, it has amenities close by and it is very safe.The property is extremely well managed by an on-site professional. We bought 5 years ago and have never looked back, it was one of the smartest decisions we have ever made. We love it so much we recently moved to St. Thomas.

We just returned from a wonderful week in Cowpet Bay. My wife and our 2 young children (7 and 9) had a perfect week. The condo is just the right size for a family of 2-6 people and has everything you will need. We walked over to the Ritz next door and honestly believe that staying here was BETTER! Better beach, better view, better pool, fewer people and without the problems of a big resort... and for about a quarter of the price. Never a problem getting a beach chair by the pool or the beach and sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine out on the porch was one of the best parts fo the vacation. You really do not need to look anywhere else. Cabs everywhere are very easy so there's no reason to rent a car and there are plenty of restaurant choices in Red Hook so you don't need to go anywhere else....you really are in the best part of the Island. The beach concierge was wonderful and helped us set up a day sail, an evening dinner sail and even recommended a day trip to St. John (ferry to a cab to Trunk Bay, easy...!) that was really worth it. 5 of our 7 days we did some sort of activity and the other two were spent in peacefull happiness in Cowpet Bay. There's great snorkeling right off the beach - I saw a spotted eagle ray, all sorts of reef fish and found 2 conch shells (which I left for some creature to make a home in). I can't say enough how wonderful this unit was. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and this was our favorite stop yet. It was a great price, in a PERFECT location, was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful (this was my first time on VRBO) and sent guidebooks and useful tips before we arrived which helped us plan a great trip. .... So go! There's a great week just waiting for you too... (stay a few extra days if you can...you won't want to leave)

My wife and I along with another couple just spent the week at this condo and it was FANTASTIC! The condo is very clean, well maintained, and has EVERYTHING you need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were sparkling. The location is perfect. Your only a two minute walk from a beautiful beach that has a great "beach bar" that serves very good food, especially the pizza. There is also a second restaurant at the resort that is more formal and a huge swimming pool with a poolside bar. The beach was never crowded and you could always find plenty of lounge chairs. The condo also has a nice big balcony with a table that sits 4 and it overlooks the water and the beach. The four of us had a nice dinner on the balcony several times. We have stayed at other resorts on the East end of Saint Thomas and this has now become our favorite place. The other places don't even compare to the quality and cleanliness of this resort and condo. When we return to Saint Thomas next year we will definitely be staying here. This was one of the best vacation places we have ever stayed at.

What a joy to have such a beautiful, spacious condo to stay in while we explored the islands of St Thomas and St John. This property is prettier than the photos show and also stocked very well with every thing you could need to enjoy your vacation in the islands. The view from the very large balcony, of the crystal clear blue water was mesmerizing. There was plenty of seating to enjoy our meals and snacks while gazing at the view. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The kitchen well supplied with all a cook could need.The beds were very comfortable and had lovely soft cotton linens. We loved walking over next door for a swim or over to the Ritz to walk around their spacious property. They are much closer than it appeared from the map. The condo was clean and the owner left us a nice surprise on the counter as well as plenty of information for the island. She was always ready with an answer to any question we had. One of the best things was being so close to Red Hook. It made it so easy to hop on the ferry to St John. We had many good hikes on St John and enjoyed seeing their many beaches. The grounds of the condo complex are lovely with beautiful flowering plants. Although we didnt need to do laundry there was a large laundry room right in the condo with a full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board etc. This owner has thought of everything you would need to have a stress free vacation. I highly recommend this unit, for its fantastic view and spacious rooms and quiet location!

This was our first visit to St. Thomas and definitely not our last. As soon as we entered the condo unit we instantly felt our stress melt away. The warm, tropical decor immediately put us in island mode. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Our favorite spot was sitting on the balcony overlooking Cowpet Bay, drinking our morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine after a relaxing day at the beach. What a view!!!! There ae two restaurantes conviently located just a few steps away from the condo which offer good food and friendly service. The unit is well equipped with everything guests would need for the beach and water activities. Thank you Laurel, my husband and I are looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful island.

I stayed in this condo in Jan. 2010, and was extremely impressed by the location, decor & amenities. I love the East End for it's distance from busy Charlotte Amalie, yet there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby in Red Hook, so we never felt inconvenienced. Overall, this condo complex is meticulously maintained and landscaped and it's readily apparent that there is attentive oversight at this property. Kudos to the property management. Also, the restaurants at the nearby Elysian (walking distance) were always available and were very enjoyable. This particular condo was beautifully decorated with a tasteful island theme, and I particularly enjoyed the original artworks throughout. The owners have left nothing to chance for their guests as anything we needed for beach and water activities was provided including beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and umbrella. The owner was particularly helpful & accommodating to me when a scheduling problem arose, and provided tons of "local" tips. I hope to visit here again in the near future!

My wife and I, and our 2 kids just stayed at this rental a week ago. What a fantastic time we had, despite getting rained on a few times. This unit is right on the beach - in the 1st row of condo's. It's a great condo in a great place to stay. Perfectly clean and perfectly maintained. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and cowpet bay! The unit is complete with everything we needed, and the owner really made us feel right at home. We returned to the condo several times to find messages on the answering machine from Laurel advising us of the upcoming day's weather forecast, and ideas and tips on what to do, and how many cruise ships were in town. It was a nice gesture and a big help. We explored quite a bit of the island. Linquist beach - now called Smith beach has fantastic views. Not the easiest to find, but well worth it. Trunk Bay on St. Johns is also amazing. The condo is complete everything you'll need including snorkel equipment and beach chairs! If you visit the island be sure to talk to Patrick the pool bar bartender and Paige the bartender at Roberts. They are really fun to talk to and full of recommendations as well. If you are renting a car bring your GPS. The roads aren't well marked. It will get you were you want to go. Food is expensive on the island, so we bought breakfast and lunch food at the local markets and ate in the condo. For dinner we ate at the following places: Roberts, Ainsley's, Fish Tales in Red Hook, A Room With a View - at Bluebeards Castle, Iggie's, and Latitude18. The owner was very helpful before our trip as well. She answered all of our questions quickly and very detailed. If you're looking for a place to stay on St. Thomas, this a great place. I just hope it's available the next time we get the chance to return.

This was an easy breezy experience. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach and snorkeling. The kitchen is fully equipped (yes, I cook on vacation......sometimes). The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is so convenient having a beautiful beach right down the steps with 2 great restaurants and beach bars (the quiet type now that I'm gone). The staff make you feel as though you live there. I'm going back........

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late March 2010 for a short vacation. We could not have had a better time, and this condo was in the perfect location. The unit was in perfect condition and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the veranda early each morning and at sunset. Laurel provided everything we needed for day trips to the three beaches we planned to visit - chairs, cooler, and snorkeling equipment. We were able to test our snorkeling skills in the water right below the condo unit before we headed out to Coki Point Beach and Trunk Beach on St. Johns. All of the info Laurel provided before the trip was so helpful and made our trip pretty much stress free. We ate dinner at the Blue Moon restaurant just around the corner one night for our fun night out. The other nights we enjoyed cooking dinner together in the condo. Walked over to teh Ritz Carlton and enjoyed the great view of St. Johns there. The locals were very friendly and worked hard to help - especially at Coki Point Beach. We can't wait to go back - we hope to come watch the Rolex Regatta the next time we come and maybe bring our teenage kids. Lots of fun in the Islands to be enjoyed.
