Enjoy the views, sunshine and comfort of Gulf Breeze; located directly across the street from 7 miles of all public user friendly Fort Myers Beach; voted "the safest beach in the world". Our home is located on Estero Boulevard. Beach access is a one minute walk from the driveway.
The house is completely furnished and tastefully appointed. The master bedroom has one king size bed, its own full bath and private entrance to the morning porch. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed adjacent to its own full bath and french doors which open on to the second story deck within the two story lanai overlooking the pool. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a just completed mother in law quarters on the first floor with a queen size bed, refrigerator, microwave and full bath. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and all of the conveniences of a modern well equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar in the kitchen is a great place to plan and start the day. Towels, beach towels and all linens are provided.
The Gulf of Mexico and the seven miles of all public white sand of Fort Myers Beach is a one minute walk from the driveway. The sunset porch with overhead ceiling fan on the front of the house faces west for some of the most spectacular sunsets that Southwest Florida has to offer. You can pack light since there is a full size washer and dryer for guests. We provide a propane gas grill for grilling. The full size private pool with built in six person spa is surrounded by a two story screened lanai enclosure. The rear porch which overlooks the pool is accessed through the french doors from the guest bedroom. There is a gathering area below this deck by the pool with overhead ceiling fan.
The grounds are beautiful and professionally landscaped and maintained.

The rental rate is $1050 to $2100/wk + tax and $150 housekeeping fee.
We require a completed rental agreement and refundable security deposit of
