The house was built and completed in July '06. It is a Non-Smoking, Non-Pet, family friendly house with 2 bedrooms with queen beds with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living area, 2 bathrooms with large showers, laundry room, single garage, private back yard with large patio and furniture, gas grill, and an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, all that you could ever want at the beach.
All that Panama City Beach has to offer is near by. You can stroll to the Carousel, a small neighborhood market with a gift shop and more, or grab a donut and such at Thomas' Doughnut Shop all within a short walk or take the "golf cart" that is furnished with the house. Clean, Cozy, and Comfortable, this house is close to the beach and well furnished. The house is approximately 1144 square feet, plus single garage.

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Very comfortable home. Friends paid much more for a home, that just wasn't comfortable. Best part was the golf cart, great for going to get donuts! The outside shower was great for cleaning off after the ball park and the beach. Kids liked playing the board games! Only suggestion is to label the 2 light switches in the kitchen,dining area because they have about 4 switches, so we would flip every switch til we got the right light!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We spent a delightful 2 weeks in the Mayfield's Laguna Peach. It is a beautiful home and decorated so well! They have given a lot of time and thought to their property...we will return.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
