  I can't say enough good things about our stay at this condo. What a wonderful week on Tybee Island. We were able to fit almost the whole family into the home and it was great. The complex is on a quiet street that is easy to locate and has sufficient parking. This unit provided the perfect place to start and end the day. Restaurants are just a short walk away as is "cheesy" shopping - which we enjoyed each night. The condo had all the amenities of an apartment, including all the kitchen appliances, nice cozy living room/dining room area, laundry place and great balcony with beach breeze and views. This condo is beautiful with lovely decor. Everything you need is there except your bathing suit. Thanks for the hospitality it was wonderful. I only hope that we can return in the future.

  Excellent accommadations! Very clean, and well maintained. Good amenities and close to beach, shopping, restaurants and downtown Savannah. I would highly recommend this property. Enjoyed by my husband , myself and teen-aged daughter.Pictures are accurate. Very comfortable.

  All of us did enjoy our stay in your lovely home. We range in age from 7 year to 67 years of age. Going back to our real homes we'll take fond memories of this place we called home while being here. Condo was lovely, spacious, convenient, quiet, and just what we wanted. The house has comfortable furniture no carpet but hardwood floors which is great. Beds were amazing for resting after great sunsets and sun bathing on the beach. Savannah being so close made for excellent eating for us as well as shopping. The condo has a great location (you walk to local restaurants, shops) and accommodations are perfect for everyone. We can't wait to get back there! Thank you!

  We had family members that travelled from 6 different states to spend the week at Tybee Island. It was perfect. The beach is lovely. There is a pier for shrimping, fishing etc. that all the kids love. Plenty of restaurants locally if you don't want to leave the island. This was our 1st visit to Tybee Island and I have a feeling that it won't be the last. It has all the modern conveniences we could have asked for. You've done such a nice job providing a place that feels like a "home away from home". We would highly recommend this home for families, girl getaways, and couples who want to travel together. A great time was had by everyone!

  The penthouse was exactly as advertised and even more. Condo is very nice and clean. Everything was in working order. Quality mattresses in beds. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of pots, pans, toaster, plates... for cooking. We wore out the blender making pina coladas every day. Beautifully decorated place, conveniently located. Lots of room, 4 baths. Wish we could have stayed longer! We loved this place!!

  Location, location, location...My family and I could not have been more delighted with this beautiful, meticulously maintained home. We found your home to be very well equipped, well cared for and spotlessly clean. Our week went by too quickly for our liking! We definitely wish to come back so please keep renting out your home!
