Come stay at our beautiful townhome located in Winter Park's exclusive Red Quill Village. WE OFFER A DISCOUNT ON A FULL WEEK STAY (with the exception of the Christmas/New Year holiday)! It has 2,000 square feet and is beautifully and tastefully decorated with mountain style! We offer all of the necessities that you would need in the comfort of your own home. This unit is in the heart of downtown Winter Park - walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and favorite watering holes. Additionally, it is right on the free shuttle bus route to Winter Park and Mary Jane ski mountains. After a great day of skiing, nothing is better than sitting in your own private, outdoor hot tub that comfortably seats six people!
This luxury, tri-level townhome offers three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed; its bathroom has a shower, luxury tub, double sinks, and tile. The second bedroom on the third level features a queen-sized bed and a private bath. The garden level bedroom features a king-sized bed and private bath. TVs are in each bedroom.
The living area offers a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, cable TV, theater surround sound, DVD player, VCR, and a video library. The dining room table comfortably seats eight people. The kitchen has granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The cozy Inglenook off of the kitchen provides access to the grill on the balcony as well as a place for a snack or just a quiet get-away. The townhome is also equipped with high-speed wireless internet. You also have your own single car garage, ideal for storage of your winter sports gear as well as keeping your car out of Winter Park's great snow! Reading books and some children's toys are also available. The outdoor hot tub, in-floor radiant heat, and two balconies will also make your stay more enjoyable.

This townhome is tastefully decorated, very clean and organized and well maintained. The owners are wonderful to work with! I am always somewhat leary of being in someone else's "home", but this townhome is outstanding. Everything provided for our use was of good quality. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The location is convenient for skiing, shopping, eating, etc. We would love to visit again!

Our family had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and access to downtown Winter Park was within walking distance! I think our favorite part of the stay here was the 2 kings and 1 queen bed in the 3 bedrooms. With two boys over 6'4" this worked out great! The attached garage was roomy enouph to handle our rented Yukon with ease. I highly reccommend this condo. The Randall's were easy to work with and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions.

Thank you to the Randall's!!! What a lovely condo! Very comfortable, very nicely decorated, very well equipped! We so enjoyed our stay this week at your place. The location was great, and everything about the condo was well worth it! Just that one small issue with the dead battery on the garage door opener but an easy fix once we learned the problem. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to travel to beautiful Winter Park, CO.

What a wonder week we had skiing and enjoying our apres ski and relaxing in your very comfortable condo. It was very accommodating for three couples. We liked it so much taht we would like to return for another week next year. The location is fantastic for walking to shops, restaurants, post office and even the Saveway. We had a delightful time. Thanks for a terriffic place to stay.
