SNOWBIRDS AND DESERT PEOPLE This is the place for you, It's always a paradise in Carlsbad Ca. On the water and minutes from the surf in Carlsbad Village. One story spacious Condo with all the bells and whistles one would want. Over 1700 sqft. with grand sized patio. VERY VERY VERY COMFORTABLE. Decorated in SHABBY CHIC you will not want to go home. This will be your home away from home from now on. I can garantee that. Very new and beautiful. This is our second home and is made as comfortable as possible. The third bedroom is used as a TV rm. but does have a pull out sofa, double size.

Views from the patios. Pool and Spa on property. Month to month rental, no weekly rentals. Upscale building with condos that sell for up to $850,000. Peaceful and quiet. A writer's paradise. Watch the fisherman every morning and walk the path on the lagoon to the ocean. It dosent get better than this, and its like this all year round. Best times are Sept through June, and the next best is the summer. Everytime I visit the Carlsbad Beach Condo, i cant wait to return. You will to.
