The villa boasts breathtaking views of the valley below, Coral Bay, Sir Francis Drake Sound, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Spit, surrounding islands, surrounding mountains, and a STUNNING SUNSET VIEW over St. Thomas.
Nested among a lush tropical garden Aerie is exquisitely detailed with intricate masonry steps and elegant Victorian woodwork. Aerie is eclectic luxury at every turn. Art work collections from here and abroad, orchids and plants from around the world and finished off with mahogany furniture and quality linens. Guests can sip cocktails on top of the peak, relax in the private pool and gaze out over the enchanting views of the surrounding islands and turquoise waters.
The island of St John is 7 miles by 3 miles and has approximately 4,000 inhabitants. Two-thirds of the island is protected national park. St. John is easily accessible by two different ferries from St Thomas, one of which runs every hour. Due to the mountainous and hilly terrain, a car is suggested and there is a rental place by the ferry dock. Due to St John's small size, the furthest beach is only a 15 minute drive and the closest to Aerie villa is less than 5 minutes away. St John is truly the vacation experience of a lifetime if you want to enjoy nature in its most pleasant and pristine conditions. There is very little light pollution and the night stars are truly spectacular and rival the sunsets in beauty.
