There are Three luxury OCEAN VIEW condos located at 350 Harloe Avenue A, B and C, together offer a total of seven bedrooms/nine baths in the heart of downtown Pismo - walking distance to beach, restaurants, pier, and parks. Fifteen minutes to wineries. This location is perfect for creating a great family vacation experience, bringing families and friends together and yet allows the privacy you need later on. Each condo has ocean views to the west, south down the coast, and north up the coast. Rent all or individually. Highly sought after for wedding groups, family reunions, holiday celebration, etc. If you want to rent ALL three condos, these book fast. Please plan ahead. The calendar shows booked when ALL THREE CONDOS are already booked. Availability could mean 1 or all available. Large groups need to book your paradise vacation well in advance! Two or Three night minimum stay required depending on date/event, summer and/or winter. Email owner. All condos are individually listed on VRBO as well.
Condo A, La Casita de Amelia is a two bedroom/one-and-one-half bath with gas log fireplace in the family room. This home has a large family room for entertainment with a flat screen television above the fireplace. All rooms have top of the line luxury linens and sleeping accommodations. There is a Cal.King in the master with a large walk-in closet (room for baby), Queen in the guest and a single sofa sleeper. In the large family room there is a queen sofa sleeper a large wide chair and ottoman. We also have one queen aerobed that quickly inflates to put on the floor, overnight bed for baby and a highchair in the condo. Sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably, maximum occupancy of 7 including kids. Private stairway and two car garage.
Condo B, La Casita de Bailyn is a two bedroom/two-and-one-half bath. The master has a Cal.King with a large closet (room for baby). The guest room has a full over full bunk and twin bed. This is a good set up for kids or teens/adult kids. There is an overnight bed for baby and a highchair in the condo. Sleeps 4-7 comfortably, maximum occupancy 7 including kids.
Condo C or La Casita de Colton is the largest home of the three. It is a three bedroom/three bath. The main level bedroom is set up for kids or adult kids with a twin over full bunk and trundle. The master has a Cal.King and own full bath, large walk-in closet (for baby). The guest room is a Queen and own full bath. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. There is a full bathroom on the main floor off the family room and kitchen. We have a twin roll around bed and one queen aerobed for extra sleeping. Sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably, maximum occupancy 10, including kids.
Each condo has decks from various bedrooms and covered decks off the family rooms. Amenities include full kitchen and nicely-appointed products for cooking and baking. These fabulous condos have luxury bed sets and linens. Each has a two-car garage, keyless entry, washer and gas dryer, modem and internet access, cable, local phone calls, outdoor patio furniture on decks. Each condo has been professionally decorated. Every bedroom throughout the building has its own TV, including seven flat screens, with Nintendo Game Cube (no games), DVD/VHS players in each unit. All the condos have a Bose IPOD docking station, baby bed and high-chair are available. Shared foot wash and BBQ. Park once and do not move the car until you leave! Why the Owner Chose Pismo Beach
This is a 23 mile sandy, flat beach. There are tons of things the area has to offer, winter or summer! In the summer, people escape the heat of north, east or south. Tired of crowded and hassle-filled airports, delayed and canceled flights, traffic, lines, and long hours on Greyhound in the sky? See if this sounds better . . . A two or three-hour drive along the Pacific ocean, through wine country to a little paradise called The Gold Coast. In beautiful Pismo Beach or Oceano, you will be in the middle of a 23-mile long crescent-shaped beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the pier. You can paddle a kayak amidst the otters and pelicans, catch some waves on your long board, ride ATVs or horses on the sand, have a campfire and roast marsh mellows at night, or tour the wineries just minutes from downtown. And if you would rather just relax, there are plenty of places on the sand to put a blanket or chair and just watch the waves roll in.

My husband and I completed construction on Tres Tesoros in 2006. We spent about a year designing the Tri-plex. We named the building Tres Tesoros after our three wonderful children. Each condo is named appropriately after one of our three children. We have Condo A... La Casita de Amelia, Condo B... is La Casita de Bailyn and lastly, Condo C is La Casita de Colton. Over the labor day weekend, 2011, we stayed here in Condos A and B. There was plenty of space for all of us and the little kids running around. The condos were very thoughtfully equipped and wonderfully decorated. The barbecue was a very nice hangout for all of us, and the driveway was an awesome place for the kids to run around and play while the parents kept watch barbecuing. We didn't even turn on the TVs although they were there in pretty much every room! Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Tres Tesoros. There were 5 families with kids of all ages and Tres Tesoros was the perfect location for us! There were enough beds and bathrooms for all of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax! We turned the driveway into our own little patio having breakfast and dinners out there every night! It took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach or ride our bikes downtown to get clam chowder or a cinnamon roll! The owners have thought of everything inside the condo as well, to providing the linens and towels to ensuring every shower had a fresh bottle of shampoo & conditioner! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back again next year. This has become our new “family” tradition! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get a large group together for an amazing weekend!

We just returned from a long weekend at Tres Tesoros with five familes-We had all three units and the set up was perfect for our group. There were 24 of us ranging in age from 54 to 12 years old. Everyone had a bed, the kitchens were well appointed according to the fussy cooks in the crowd! Bath and bed linens were really nice, I slept better here than in my bed at home. The pictures really don't do it justice, all units are like new with fun and relaxed decor. We felt we could put our feet up but cared about the place as if it were out own-They're that nice. The location is prime for all Pismo activities, we could run back and forth from the beach if we needed anything and walking to restaurants, shops, etc. was just a short stroll. My husband and I have rented several times from vrbo, these units were the nicest we've ever stayed in with more special touches than any other place we've seen. The shared driveway space turned out to be our favorite gathering place-We set up long tables (which we brought) and were able to enjoy meals together at the bbq every morning and every night. The music systems were perfect, we danced on the driveway too! We even met the neighbors, very nice people from our home town. The local contact was so kind and very helpful, the owner was so great to work with. Our time together at Tres Tesoros was a very special vacation-We plan to book it again for next year.

We had a wonderful time in Pismo Beach! The condos were perfect for our needs, and the 80 year old grandparents were real troopers with the stairs. Not a single complaint from them, all 4 were happy to be included in their oldest granddaughter's college graduation. On Saturday night, we hosted 21 family and friends in condo A for a BBQ dinner, and every one was very impressed with how lovely the condos were--those who weren't staying with us also requested tours of condo B. With the connecting kitchen, dining area, balcony and living room, Condo A really had a great layout for our needs. We brought the narrow table from the upstairs landing down and put it in front of the fireplace and it was a perfect buffet table for dinner and then for breakfast before graduation the next morning. The location close to the beach was wonderful for the young adults, as they could easily walk down to play volleyball at the beach or to hang out at the pier. As for the condos themselves, we were so impressed on our arrival by how immaculate and fully stocked they were. We felt like we were the first people to stay in them, so we were especially careful to leave them the way we found them! The beds were extremely comfortable as well, and we slept great. We also appreciated and used the fully stocked first aid kits. Having a condo to "land in" made our weekend perfect, and we are certain to return in the future.

We had a fabulous time!!! Thanks! We were so comfortable and had our space plus the weather was beautiful. Loved the beach, fishing from the pier, seeing and hearing the sea lions at Avila pier, and watching whales off the cliffs. We visited some nearby wineries. Our families from Naperville, IL were so impressed as were the California crew. Thanks again!

Tres Tesoros (3 Treasures) is so aptly named. My entire family, sister's family, and parents all had a wonderful stay. We relaxed, enjoyed the ocean views and took advantage of the family size dining in Unit A (Amelia) so we could all eat together and hang out. Accommodations were beautiful while comfortable. Could easily see where every thought was given when appointing these units. We felt like we were staying in a home away from home. Gorgeous views of the beach. Park the car in the private enclosed garage and drive no more, as it is only a short walk to the beach and local fun restaurants. Take a ride to one of the local wineries. We did. That night enjoyed a nice local wine, our family full of laughter and fun while taking in the sunset over Pismo Beach. We look forward to returning again soon. Thanks Tres Tesoros!
