Walk out your door and onto the beach in this exquisitely decorated ground floor unit located in the Bristol tower of The Beach Club.
This two-bedroom, two and one half-bath, Non-Smoking condominium was built in 2001 and directly overlooks the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The resort includes four towers (each with its own pool and hot tub), villas, a village market and conference center, and a 25,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse offers an outdoor pool and indoor heated pool, locker rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center, salon, cafe, sauna and steam facilities, Full Spa, a restaurant, and a bar overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The condominium includes: High Speed Internet Connection, three TV's, two VCR's, a DVD player, a stereo system with three disc changer, fully-furnished tiled kitchen, cabinets with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pantry and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The condominium comes fully furnished (including linens and towels) and has a large patio that is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room.
There is plenty of room with two large bedrooms that include a king-sized bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom, each with its own private bathroom. Additionally, the couch in the living room pulls out to a queen-sized bed. The master bath includes an extra large tub, dual vanity and walk in closet.
