Many improvements have been made to our condo. 42' LG High Definition TV with HD cable service including preview control just like you have at home (does not record) in the LR. 32' HD tv and a 2nd HD cable box in MBR and a 3rd HD TV in 2nd bedroom with its own HD cable controller. The 3rd bedroom tv's has basic cable service. 2 dvd players and vhs player. The kitchen has been redecorated with solid surface counter top. There is a convenient wet bar adjacent to the kitchen and living area. This unit has High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet available via wireless throughout with condo wide wireless added. Upgrades included new Lazy boy sleeper sofa for extra guests in LR and new carpet in all BR's, range & exh hood, refrigerator, new furniture DR & LR.
For this oceanfront/waterfront/ beachfront condo at WaterPointe I, you will enjoy the spectacular views and the sound of the ocean from the large 6 by 21 foot balcony. You will enjoy the view of daily sunrises and sunsets. There is a king size bed in the master and a queen-sized bed in the second bedrooms; two single beds in L geometry in the third bedroom suitable ONLY for up to 2 children; and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own cable TV and remote.
The unit has been steadily improved and has many modern furnishings. The kitchen has all the comforts and conveniences of home. There is a new washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with an ice-maker. Additionally, new tile floor in the kitchen, living room, and both bathrooms with new solid surface kitchen cabinet tops for the kitchen.
There are four color televisions (3 HD TV's) and a VCR and 2 DVD players. There is an indoor pool and hot tub for inside enjoyment. And for outside pleasure you will find an outdoor pool, kiddie wadding pool, and two sunbathing decks. Whether you wish to lounge on the beach or beside the pool, you will find your stay very relaxing. DON'T FORGET THE ATLANTIC OCEAN.
WaterPointe I condos are located very close to Barefoot Landings and less than two miles to Colonial Mall and a Wal-Mart Supercenter. There are many, many restaurants to suit everyone nearby including Myrtle Beach famous Restaurant Row where you will never run out of restaurants to try, Outback Steakhouse, K&W, Hooters, House of Blues, Damon's, Planet Hollywood, Seafood Restaurants everywhere. Whatever your preference, you will most likely find what you like in the Myrtle Beach area. It is near to Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Aquarium, an amusement park and waterpark, and the former new (Hard Rock Park) in Myrtle Beach.
All rental rates listed do not include local and state taxes and are required to be added to the quoted rate. The key and security deposits are both refundable. No surprise charges later. Ample linens including bath (not beach)towels are furnished at the start of rental and unit has washer & dryer. No need to rent or bring any of your own, unless you desire to do so.
And don't forget your laptop! Did I mention this unit also has free Internet Access via Wireless throughout the unit even sitting on the balcony watching the sun bathers with the new condo-wide wireless system.

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waterpoint I. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room! Everything was as promised. Beautiful condo with ocean front views. Owner was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions and he returned deposit within just a few days of departure. We would love to stay here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I loved this condo. It was like being at home on vacation, everything you needed was there and it was very roomy for the 7 people we took. I would recommend to anyone and would definately look to stay again! It was very easy to rent through VRBO directly with the owner, Dave, whom promised he had never held a deposit. I got my deposit money back within 1 week of my stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a a week in this condo- Great stay. Owners great to work with. Very family friendly place to stay. Lots of families with kids. The indoor and outdoor pools were great alternatives for the kids in the evening or when they needed a break from the beach. Condo has been well taken care of, and kitchen was stocked well with cookware, dishes and utensils. Free wi fii was a great added perk. Condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys, which was great for us since we were flying so couldn't bring our own, and didn't want to have to buy them.The building has luggage carts and shopping carts available for guests to help with loading and unloading as well. Location was perfect with its proximity to barefoot landing and other area attractions. Only drawback was building being locked all of the time, so you always had to remember to have the key with you-but understand why they do that for safety. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have lived at Water Point 1 for 2 years,spending 5 months each time. This building is 10 stories high with 63 units. We easily found our condo using the directions from our owner. We had a pretty good ideas of what to expect from the pictures which were supplied and we were not disappointed. The kitchen has all the appliances, including a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The large refridgerator has an ice maker. The livingroom has a new couch which is great for watching the new 42 ince HDTV. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed with bureaus and a large closet. Here again is a 32 inch HDTV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with again, a large closet. There is a smaller bedroom with twin beds. Both of these room have their own TVs. Our unit faces the ocean. There is a deck the width of the condo. The sun shines there most of the day and it is lovely to sit there and watch the waves. The building is well taken care of. There is a large lobby on the bottom floor with tables and chairs. This is where there is a social hour every Friday from Jan. to the end of March, if you care to attend. During the winter there are covered dish suppers every other week. There is a heated swimming pool down there also with a hot tub. This section is glassed off. The building also contains an outdoor pool for the hot weather. Our building is very close to Barefoot Landing where there is good shopping and many great restaurants. One of the reakky good attractions there is the Alabama Theater. We have been very happy here and would be glad to recommed our unit to our family and friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We used several companies in the beach area and found VRBO to be an improvement over them all and the best for the customer and for us, the owners. Our son an Eagle Scout has grown up enjoying coming to N. Myrtle Beach for breaks and vacations.
