Very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the heated pool/spa which is very close to the unit (approximately 75 feet), along with several newly resurfaced tennis courts, multiple pools and a beautiful clubhouse with fitness center, pro shop, bar and full service restaurant. The clubhouse and pro shop has just been completely remodeled. Spring Run Country Club holds many functions throughout the season for residents and renter's. A $240 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse or one other person unlimited golf, ($50 per round in season including cart) and membership to the luxurious private golf club.
