Hi, this is Jim and Bill, new owners of this condo unit at Rancho El Mirador as of August 2006. Our unit was previously handled by a local rental agency in Palm Springs for the past several years and we’re interested in hearing any and all comments from individuals who may have rented. There was no guest book passed along with the unit so this is your opportunity to make comments concerning your previous stays. We would like to hear your comments as a means to improve on the unit for future renters. Since our purchase of the unit, we have replaced the Queen bed in the MBR with a standard King bed with great support for your back. The 2nd bedroom also has had the two twin beds replaced with a new Queen bed with similar mattress support. We have ideas but it will take time to make the changes we’d like to see. In the mean time, thank you in advance for giving us your feed back. /jim and bill
