The cottage is in the Horton Bay Club, so you will be able to enjoy the Club amenities - a beautiful sand beach in Horton Bay, a private protected boat slip in the marina, a tennis court, and children's play area, all surrounded by private, wooded, undeveloped land.
The cottage has a large deck leading to a satellite deck and dock. A gas grill and patio furniture are included. The great room, open to the kitchen, has a large stone fireplace and walls of windows which open to the deck and the lake beyond.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and private bath, with a slider to the deck and view to the lake. The two guest bedrooms have a queen bed and twin beds respectively.
Enjoy fine wines, coffees, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and local Hemingway lore at the nearby 100+ year old Horton Bay General Store. Restaurants, shopping and many other attractions in Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City are only 15 minutes away.
