If an uncrowded beach and a beautiful view from your Condo are priorities for you, there is no better place to stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This condo has the most amazing view! Floor-to-ceiling windows made us feel like we were on the beach even when we were inside. Even when you're cooking in the kitchen you have a view. We've stayed in Destin many times, but no place (and I mean NO place) has a view as gorgeous as this one. Seriously. Location walking distance to grocery store, yogurt shop, liquor store and OUTLET MALL!

Absolutely terrific! The condo is comfortable, convenient and relaxing. The views are breath taking! A fantastic time was had by all, our vacation was long overdue. Wonderful week away from all the hustle and bustle. The family can hardly wait till next year. So glad we found Mainsail on VRBO!

What a wonderful vacation. This was truly a "home away from home" experience. The condo was great and the view was even better! This vacation was shared with my daughter, mother and two aunts. We had such a great time and are hoping to go back next year! So relaxing!

It was the perfect place for our vacation. Loved the views from the living areas and the bedroom. Loved the location, close to everything, but tucked away from all the traffic. I will definately be staying here on our next trip.

Another great stay in Mainsail 131!!! Our worries about the oil spill - which never showed up during our stay, thankfully, on the beautiful Destin beaches - were calmed as well by the wonderful views at sunrise and sunset. Thanks again for maintaining the best property on the Gulf Coast!

Beautifully decorated condo overlooking the sugar white sandy beaches in Destin. The view from the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking. Looking at the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and sipping a glass of wine while sitting on the couch is a truly wonderful experience.

Thanks Jarrett for sharing your beautiful condo with us. This was our first vacation to Destin and it was wonderful. The view from the condo was absolutely breath taking. The water was so clear and the sand was so white. We had perfect weather. We feel like we have found a new vacation spot. We plan on returning again in the future.

We had a wonderful week in the Club 131 condo. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the weather was perfect for our week. Great location and the condo was very nice. Note: All comments are positive except the hurricane eye bolts on the deck were a tripping hazard.
Owner response:Yes, I've stubbed my toe on an eye bolt and it didn't endear them to me either. On the other hand, when the hurricane warnings are up, I'm very glad to have them -- they hold the special Kevlar hurricane curtains that stop 95% of all wind-driven rain. That means less hurricane damage and fewer canceled vacations. So I have trained my tootsies to stay another inch back from the edge of the terrace and my toes and the eye bolts now get along much better. Thanks for pointing this out -- Jarrett

You will be hard pressed to find a 2 bedroom condo with a better view. The view is AWESOME! We love that we are just a little to the west of Destin-- not to far and not in the middle of all the traffic--Close to food markets and the big Silver Sands Outlet mall. This was our second straight year in the same condo and Jarrett the owner is simply wonderful to work with. WHen we think of Florida vacation we think of this wonderful unit with views to die for. WE had a wonderful stay and will be staying there in the future! If you are back and forth on where to stay I promise you wont be disappointed with this place!

Never had a better, or more relaxing, week of vacation thanks to our first stay at Mainsail Club 131 ... The views are spectacular, the condo stocked with everything you need and the beach access couldn't be easier (or the water any clearer). We've clearly found our annual vacation spot!!!

We stayed a week in this beautiful condo. The views were just gorgeous and so was the weather!! Jarrett provides chair rentals when you stay at her condo and the guys are so cool and helpful. We also rented Kayaks from them one day and had a blast. Don't think I laughed that hard in a long time. Right near a volleyball net where there is always people playing. The one day it did rain, we just went acorss the street to the Silver Sands Mall and shopped the day away. This was the first vacation as a blended family and it was the most special. We brought Shout Out Movies DVD Game and one of the nights we just sat around and played. I could see our kids really bonding. The kitchen was fabulous when we wanted to eat in and there are charcoal or gas grills(your pick) by the pool. Worked out 1 morning in the fitness center; loved it! Kids hit the tennis courts one afternoon too! At night, don't forget your net and flashlight and look in the ocean, you can find tons of crabs there! Just tons of stuff to do. We just returned from a week at Club 131. The views from this beautiful living room are breathtaking. Sitting on either the couch or just outside on the deck, you can see either the awesome sunrise or sun set. At night, the calm soothing Gulf of Mexico waves will lull you to sleep. In the day, the bleached white sugar sand beach will wash you cares away and warm your soul. I highly recommend this wonderful location.

We spent almost a week in this wonderful condominium. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, but it is the view that makes it special. Whether you are standing in the kitchen, living area or master bedroom, you have a clear view of the ocean. The deck is on two sides of the condo and was a great place to drink our morning coffee and watch the dolphins. You cannot go wrong with this condo. We will definitely return next year!

We have vacationed at Mainsail since our honeymoon in 2003 and have always enjoyed the property, but it is so much lovelier to be in this gulf front unit! Your spacious and very peaceful condo features the most incredible view of the gorgeous gulf water we have ever seen. The weather was absolutely perfect for the entire week we were there! The granite kitchen, grasscloth wallpaper, and wonderful tile flooring throughout the living areas is so well done, up to date, and clean! Our stay in your fabulous home was simply delightful! We found that the balcony was the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and the incredible sunsets. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home by the sea with us for the week. We so look forward to our next stay in your outstanding condo as soon as we can schedule a return visit to Destin!

What a fantastic place to stay! We could not have widhe for a nicer place. The views fron every room were great, but my favourite was waking up in the master bedroom each morning and looking straight out to the white sandy beach and the turquoise gulf water. The huge balcony was a great place to have breakfast and a glass of wine at the endo of the day. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and hopefully we will be abck again one day.

If you have a chance to stay at Mainsail 131 you really need to book it. We have been to Destin the past 5 years, and NO place we have stayed at can compare with the size and amazing views of this end condo unit. It was truly fantastic!

We loved the condo! Talk about relaxing and enjoyable! The condo was so updated ...we felt like we were at a home away from home! And who could resist the balcony. We lived there all week! Mainsail had it all...pool, fitness room, tennis, and the beach chairs..who could want for more! We also loved the convenience! The outlet mall was soooo close and that was great for running in and out of...a little every day! :) Thank you so much for opening up your home. We felt like we were in paradise for a week! What a beautiful condo. Everything about our stay was perfect. From waking up and watching dolphins each morning to sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine enjoying the sunset - we had a perfect vacation in Mainsail 131. The onsite staff was more than friendly and the grounds were just maintained beautifully. We were sad to leave but excited to return home and book again for next year. Wow. We were blown away with how goegeous your place was. This was our first time to rent a condo from anyone. Did we hit the jackpot or what??? We couldn't believe it. With two daughters 14 and 11, the layout was designed for us. It was so clean and comfortable. We truly treated the place as if it we're our own. Renting a condo can be a scary experience if you don't know the city, property or owner. Not so with you. The grocery store right across the street was priceless, and the outlet mall got lots of our spending money. If we ever go back to Destin, we won't stay anywhere but Club 131. We better plan though, because you are booked up and have quite a loyal following.

This summer will be our 5th year to stay in this wonderful condo. It is perfect for our 3 kids. The view is absolutely amazing and we look forward to our stay the other 5o weeks of the year. Our sister trip was awesome! The view from your condo is unbelieveable!!!!!!!! THe Emerald water surrounded us with the wrap around balcony. Our stay at Mainsail was the first week of May, '07. What an incredible place this is! The unit is beautifully decorated with very comfortable and cozy furniture. The views from this unit are like nowhere that we have ever stayed before. We were truly amazed at how many ceiling to floor windows there were. It truly made you feel as if you were right on the beach. The kitchen was also fully stocked with very tasteful and clean dishes, something that is rare to find in most condos. We were very pleased with our stay at 131 and can't wait to go back!

In March I had the pleasure of renting this unbelievable unit. It is located right on the water with a wrap around baloncy! There were 4 sliding glass doors starting from the separate dining area and included a sliding door off the huge master bedroom. The other really nice amnenity was the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds. This accommodated my 2 teenage boys perfectly. I would highly recommend this unit but hope that when I want it, it will be available. It is on the top of my list of places in Destin, Florida.

The security guard says it all when he calls 131 "THE KILLER UNIT". We start the day with a crimson sunrise over the gulf. With windows and mirrors, every room and seat has a FABULOUS view of the surf and weather. My favorite spot on a cool or breezy day, is in the comfy chair in the bedroom, with the door open. You are truly "outside at the beach" with all the comforts of home. We hope all your guests will maintain our tradition of Marguaritas (love the bar) at sunset with a digital on a tripod to capture the memories. If Heaven is anything like 131,.....I'll be O.K. when my time comes. It's time to go, But great to know, To One-Thirty-One Mainsail, We WILL return, without fail. :)

This is our second visit to 131. We love this place. The view is wonderful and water, temp and overall weather this trip was perfect. 131 has the exact comfort level we like. Please keep everything open and airy -- we love it. We will return! P.S. Our group has been together for 18 years and have been in Destin four times. This is our favorite.
