This home was clean and very comforting. It was perfect for everyone. We took all of our children, and a grand daughter. The younger kids could play music on the first floor as the child slept on the third floor. The location was perfect. The owners accommodated all of our needs. Want to try it in the summer!!! My husband and our kids stayed with two other families for the first time this past President's Day weekend at the property and had an amazing time!!! The house had a ton of room, fitting our large party very comfortably. The house is clean and inviting and the game room was the perfect place for the kids to hang out for the weekend. It is conveniently located close to the ski resorts and many local attractions. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. We look forward to returning next year.

This is our 22nd year renting in the Pocono's, And the third year renting this Beautiful home. This one is by far the best, The home is neat and clean and the bedrooms are large and very comfortable!!! A very welcome feeling from this home. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal and watch the deer right from the table. The guys spent hours in the game room shooting pool and playing ping pong. Joan is great to work with, very helpful answers all your questions and concerns. Also there is an Italian restaurant just down the road called Trattoria 903 very good homemade food!!!! Thanks Joan & George.

Ski trip

Myself and three other couples stayed at this property for the first time for our annual ski trip to the Pocono Mountains. The property is in a great location to many of the ski resorts. The owners were very nice and helpful in answering questions promptly. The home was perfect for our group with plenty of room for all of us. It was very inviting, clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time in the game room. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to sit down and have a wonderful meal together. We loved our vacation in this home and we would love to come back again next year. Thank you so much for sharing with us this wonderful home.

Our group has been going to the poconos for the past 10 years and this was by far the nicest house we ever stayed. Joan was so easy to work with and we had a great time. The basement is great and the men took this over. We will be back next year and years to come.

This was our 3rd stay at this great house. Joan is wonderful to work with very accommodating and responsive any needs. Our teenage kids really loved the game room!! Pictures accurately described the house and we look forward to renting again!!

Also wanted to add that the owner was verrrrrry helpful in answering questions before we arrived as well as when we were there. And the home was nice and clean and just very warm and inviting. We made a lot of meals in the home, including breakfast and large dinners! The kitchen was very useful in every way!

Myself and three other couples stayed at this property for Columbus day wknd. There was a lot to do in the area, including a festival at Jim Thorpe, apple and pumpkin picking, and fishing. The home was lovely and quite cozy. The only very small issue that we ran into is that we had to buy toilet paper(there was one roll in each bathroom to start with), paper towels, and trash bags( it is included in the contract that we need to bring trash bags but we forgot). However, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are thinking about using this home again next year!

The house really worked out very well for our family. My husband and I had the large master and our three married kids used the upper floor bedrooms and first floor for their families. Everyone was comfortabe (really comfortable beds)! We loved seeing the deer in the morning from the deck and a few other times while we were there. The kids had a ball in the game room downstairs and the kitchen and all other spaces worked out very well. We certainly feel it was a great home and nice and clean. Thanks Joan and George for trying to help us have a great vacation....we did!

PERFECT WINTER HOME!!!!

3 years ago we started a family tradition of taking an annual ski trip to the Pocono Mountains. We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this home! This is by far the best house we have ever stayed at. We knew the house was going to be perfect for our family (2 families w/ 4 children, grandparents and great grandma) but we were even more excited to see it for the first time. The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities. The bedrooms were all spacious and the beds were very comfortable. While the children enjoyed the game room, the adultst had a place to relax in the main floor. IT WAS A PERFECT SET-UP FOR US! Joan (owner) was nice and so easy to work with. We have found our annual winter home! We would love to come back again next year so Joan please mark your calendar as we will be back same wknd of 2012. Thank you for a great time and making our annual family tradition a memorable weekend.

A group of my friends and I stayed at this property over Martin Luther King Weekend and we had an awesome time!! We have been renting in the area over the past 4 years and this was our first year renting this house and we were extremely pleased!! There was plenty of room for all of the couples and the basement/game room is where we spent most of our time! The kitchen was also big enough for all of us to share a group dinner. I would love to continue our MLK weekend tradition at this house!

This house is lovely, the pictures are very accurate and the house looks even better in person. The propery was clean and had all the amenities we needed. This was the second time my family has rented from Joan and we hope to rent again next year. The teenagers and aduts loved the game room, the pool table was a hit. The owners were very attentive to anything we needed.

Hi Joan, I just wanted to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed your home.It was just right for a family of twelve spending quality time with each other.The children were amazed with the deer and wild turkeys and the adults fully enjoyed the game room. It was very quiet and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly.It's the perfect get away for familys who just want to get away in comfort and RELAX! We loved our vacation in this home. It was perfect for us! The home was spotless! The pictures do not do it justice. The owners were wonderful to work with and accomodated our every need. We are a family of 5 and we shared the home with a family of three and another couple. The layout of the home allowed us all to have our own floors for sleeping. The lower level has a wonderful entertainment area and a great place to gather together. The kitchen was a great space to share meals and gather as well. We will definilty rent from these owners again! Thank you so much for great memories and a wonderful home! ***a tip for any renter*** Buy corn to feed the deer...every morning and evening we were in awe of all the deer!!! So up close and so fun to watch!!! It made our trip so much more memorable!

Unbelievable House

What a wonderful home away from home. I wish I had more time to spend here. These owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. The many personal touches are everywhere lending a homey feeling all around. There is plenty to do in the area for those who like attractions. And, being a year round resort area makes it perfect. Whether you are into swimming at the lake or pool, sightseeing, touring, shopping, or simply relaxing, this is the place you want to be. Nothing like a relaxing meal and glass of wine or beer on the deck in the evening or a cozy fire in the fire pit. I'd stay forever if I could. Try it out, you won't be sorry but save some timeslots for me!

This is a great house for a family gathering and the location is great. The house was immaculate. Lots of entertainment with the pool table, ping pong and club house amenties. Would recommend this place in a minute. The owners are great people to deal with.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was immaculate. The development offered all that was needed for our stay. The grandkids had a great time in the pool and the lake. The house looked even better in person, than in the photos, which is what drew us to the house. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.
