Welcome to Casa Asoleada, the Sunny House! Please enjoy our home where you will experience your own slice of Paradise.

Casa Asoleada is nestled amongst lush palms on a private road just off the beach in the Costa Azul area. Casa Asoleada has two luxurious master suites with queen size beds and their own private bath and shower. On the main level is a quaint fully equipped kitchen with snack bar. Sit on the built-in sofa and read a book or take a nap. Just off the kitchen is the outside dining terrace with ceiling fan for your comfort.

This is where you will spend most of your time. San Pancho's most unique pool is just steps away on the sun terrace. The first master suite also opens onto the pool terrace. On the second level is the other master suite with its own private entrance and large terrace with view. On the upper level enjoy fantastic sunsets and ocean views.

You may enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own pool or take a short level walk to the beach just minutes away. Located close by are two great restaurants, Wahoo's at the Costa Azul Hotel and MarPlata the new upscale restaurant located just steps away.

Spend a day shopping in Puerto Vallarta or in the near by villages then come home to San Pancho and enjoy the leisurely pace of life at Casa Asoleada.

  • What a perfect get-away. The villa was great, but the pool was even better!Such a great design for doing nothing but lounging, watching the squirrels play in the fig tree and listening to the sounds of the jungle and the sea. Very private and quiet, a good walk from town by road or beach. Joel, the caretaker, was so very helpful. We look forward to a longer stay next year.

  • What a great break we just had! The house was perfect - everything we needed for our stay was there; it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable especially having the a/c in the bedrooms at night; the pool was sparkling and it was just a short walk to the almost deserted beach where we swam every day.   • Casa Asoleada is filled with warm Mexican charm and fun times to be had by all, not to mention that San Pancho is truly Mexican Paradise! The house has it all: beautifully and newly crafted with all amenities, very conveniently located to the beach and town, and hospitable owners and caretakers. I fell in love with both Casa Asoleada and San Pancho and will return soon!

  • This such a perfect place to stay in San Pancho because of the wonderful location right near the quietest part of the beach, the proximity to the great restaurant, Mar Plata, yet still within walking distance to town. It is ideal fot two couples or a family with one child. The kitchen area is a bit small but you will mostly be on the patio anyway. I will always remember dancing under the full moon and stars on the upstairs terrace and reading by the pool with the birds singing in the trees - truly a great place to stay. We loved this house.
