Great little house in the best town on the Mexican Pacific. We enjoyed our four nights there last week. Place is clean and well-maintained. Housecleaner and pool guy come regularly. Separate entrances to two bedrooms so nice privacy if you want/need it. We liked the proximity to the beach - its very chill north of town - and to Costa Azul if you want a drink or watch sports. The owner was very helpful throughout. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were there for the coldest week in years(beginning of February) in San Pancho. It was so cold that we could not eat outside nor go in the pool. Unfortunately, the kitchen was too small for 4 of us to eat. We could put 3 at the bar and the 4th sat on the tiny couch. We also were REALLY cold at night; there weren't many blankets and the concrete keeps the chill in. I didn't get much sleep. The house is cute and very well organized, but tiny. So make sure you go when you can use the outsoor living spaces.

Just returned from this fine casa and it was everything all of the other reviews here say. Beautiful, tasteful, organized, and private. In fact I've never seen anything built in such a way as this sweet casa, where it is almost as if it were planned/ built for privacy. The only thing I forgot to bring were watercolors and brushes..This secretive area, as well as this casa, just sparkle with vibrant color and warmth.

What a perfect get-away. The villa was great, but the pool was even better!Such a great design for doing nothing but lounging, watching the squirrels play in the fig tree and listening to the sounds of the jungle and the sea. Very private and quiet, a good walk from town by road or beach. Joel, the caretaker, was so very helpful. We look forward to a longer stay next year.

What a great break we just had! The house was perfect - everything we needed for our stay was there; it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable especially having the a/c in the bedrooms at night; the pool was sparkling and it was just a short walk to the almost deserted beach where we swam every day. We will be back again! Jane, San Diego.

Had the greatest time at Casa Asoleada. You guys thought of everything that we may have forgotten. Beautiful house 3 minutes from the beach and an enjoyable walk to town. We will be sure to return to San Pancho and Casa Asoleada.

Casa Asoleada is filled with warm Mexican charm and fun times to be had by all, not to mention that San Pancho is truly Mexican Paradise! The house has it all: beautifully and newly crafted with all amenities, very conveniently located to the beach and town, and hospitable owners and caretakers. I fell in love with both Casa Asoleada and San Pancho and will return soon!

This such a perfect place to stay in San Pancho because of the wonderful location right near the quietest part of the beach, the proximity to the great restaurant, Mar Plata, yet still within walking distance to town. It is ideal fot two couples or a family with one child. The kitchen area is a bit small but you will mostly be on the patio anyway. I will always remember dancing under the full moon and stars on the upstairs terrace and reading by the pool with the birds singing in the trees - truly a great place to stay. We loved this house.
