There is over 3000 feet of space for living and entertaining. From the gourmet kitchen with wine cooler and stainless appliances to the entertainment system, this residence will provide truly opulent accommodations. Marble was used throughout with flooring and in baths. A split floor plan of two bedrooms + office and three full baths, provide plenty of privacy and space for visitors. Sleeping consists of 2 king size beds with an additional queen sleeper in the office. Storage space and closets are plentiful.
The western view of the Gulf will provide beautiful sunsets. The condo is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds. A wonderful pool with on-site dining, is available for your enjoyment.
