Our condo at Beachcrest is a newly updated, 1000 square foot unit, just steps away from the white sugar sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in Seagrove Beach, a relaxed family-friendly area, situated along scenic Highway 30-A on the Florida panhandle. Seagrove is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Destin, just minutes from Seaside, Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach. It is a perfect spot for anyone who enjoys quiet getaways without the crowds of the better known panhandle destinations, but who still wants to have access to shopping, fine dining, nightlife, amusement parks, and much more.

Come browse through specialty shops and art galleries or indulge yourself at one of the local spas. If you would rather, bicycle along miles of paved paths and through state parks or kayak in the remarkable coastal dune lakes. Bike and kayak rentals are available right down the street. Maybe you would like to spread a picnic blanket for an outdoor concert at Seaside (5 minutes away) or Sandestin (20 minutes away).

Of course, you could also spend your time enjoying what has made the Emerald Coast famous, our beaches. Let the complimentary, on-site beach service set up two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella for you. For six years running, our communities and state parks of South Walton County have been awarded the Blue Wave Certification by the Clean Beaches Council.

Our ground floor unit is especially well suited for families with kids, or anyone else who hates waiting for elevators. You will love walking right out the back door to get to the pool, the beach, the gas grills, and the kids’ playground. There is even a nice grassy area right behind the unit, with plenty of space to let the kids play. When you come back from the beach, just drop all the sandy toys and wet towels on the patio before coming inside. No streets to cross, no waiting for the elevator, no dragging wet and sandy things through the unit to get to the patio.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully appointed kitchen, stocked with everything you will need, from pool-safe plastic margarita glasses to plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the kids. We also have a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and parking for 2 cars. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors, with a view of the gulf, a king-size bed, TV/VCR and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a separate full bath. With the pull-out couch in the living room, the unit can sleep a total of 6. We do not allow pets or smoking.

  • Had a wonderful vacation! Ground floor, gulf view and just steps to the beach and even fewer to the pool, what more could you ask for. Condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owners are very friendly and easy to work with. Will definatly be back. Thank you for my week in paradise!

  • The location was perfect with the condo on the first floor close to the pool with a view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. The rental office was very helpful and accomodating. We loved the area with all of its shopping,restaurants and family-friendly activities. We will definitely be back!

  • Our family had a wonderful time !!! Everything was as comfortable as home. We had a very minor issue and had to call for maintenance. They were there within 10 minutes and out in less time than that. We loved that the unit was on the first floor and the office was on site with someone available at all times. We will definitely be back !!

  • We had a great time, the condo is beautiful. We loved being on the ground floor as it gave us easy access to the pool and beach. Must check out the Eden Gardens Estate. We enjoyed the great food, shopping and of course beach!

  • We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is on the ground floor and had a great grassy area right outside for the kids to play if they wanted to. We were also very close to the pool and beach access...a plus with 3 kids! The unit had everything we could have needed and it felt very homey. I would definately recommend it to anyone!
