Our rental is a 2600 square foot luxury townhouse. The unit is in near new condition (built in 2006).
Features include great room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and stone fireplace (gas); great open floorplan with kitchen/bar/and dining room flowing into great room; master bedroom has a gas fireplace, jetted tub, and views towards Northstar; kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wine frig; 2 car attached garage; hard wood floors and slate tiles downstairs with carpet upstairs.
3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6): Master has King bed; Other bedrooms have 1 queen and 2 twins.
Location is 4.5 miles to Northstar entrance (closest location other than being in Northstar); 1 mile to Old Town Truckee; 2 Miles to I80. About 15 minute drive to Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows turn-offs. Excellent central location.

This is a great location for easy access to truckee, ski resorts, mountain biking, and a short drive to Lake Tahoe. The development is called Pinyon Creek and is located near Broackway and Hwy 267. The unit is in the rear.
