The home is located within walking distance from the Cimarron Spa and the Cimarron Golf Course.
It is a 5 minute drive to several restaurants that are located within Sun City Grand and a 10 minute drive to two grocery stores and many other stores and restaurants, etc.
The house is spacious and open, with a large greatroom which gives you an open and spacious feeling.
The split floorplan gives two couples complete privacy and still have room for overnight guests in the third bedroom. The third bedroom also has a very comfortable queen size bed and TV, upon request.

The kitchen has stainless steel built-in appliances, corian counters, indirect lighting, a large side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice in the door and is supplied with all the linens, pots/pans, dishes, corningware, etc. to be able to prepare any type of meal. Again, everything in it is brand new.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, a dresser with a mirror, a chest of drawers, a large HDTV and a comfortable oversized microfiber rocker-recliner. All the bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, two night stands, a dresser with a mirror and a TV. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, with lighter color bedroom furniture and a TV upon request.
The yard is nicely landscaped with a large covered patio in the back, with speakers in the ceiling, as well as an extended non-covered patio with the built-in barbeque, which has a bar height counter with four chairs and a built-in refrigerator.
It is a perfect place to have dinner on the patio, while listening to your favorite music. Then sit around the firepit with your after dinner drink. It is a great way to end the day with friends, after a long enjoyable day of golf.
You're not renting a home that you're sharing with the owners or that the owners used to live in. This is a home the owners have never and are never going to live in. (They have their own lovely home in Sun City Grand) It was furnished and decorated strictly for your pleasure and enjoyment. So, you can truly feel that when you're staying there, it is your home.
