This is a newer, 2000 sq. ft. Sun City Grand home, which is elegantly and comfortably furnished with all new furniture.
The home is located within walking distance from the Cimarron Spa and the Cimarron Golf Course.
It is a 5 minute drive to several restaurants that are located within Sun City Grand and a 10 minute drive to two grocery stores and many other stores and restaurants, etc.
The house is spacious and open, with a large greatroom.
The split floorplan gives two or three couples complete privacy.
The living room has a comfortable reclining leather sofa and reclining love seat, as well as a large fabric covered rocker-recliner, facing the backyard waterfall on one side and the large screen 1080 dlp HDTV on the other side.
The dining room has a formal dining table (can be extended to seat ten people), with six upholstered chairs and a large china cabinet.
The breakfast room has a round glass table with four armchairs. It looks out to the large free-formed patio in front of the house, where you can sit in the sun, have your coffee and read the paper, while looking out on the golf course to your right.
The kitchen has stainless steel built-in appliances, Corian counters, indirect lighting, a large side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice in the door and is supplied with all the linens, pots/pans, dishes (one set of stainless steel and one set of teflon coated pots/pans), corningware, etc. so you can prepare any type of meal. Again, everything in it is like new.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two night stands, a dresser with a mirror, a chest of drawers, a large 1080 LCD-HDTV and a comfortable oversized microfiber rocker-recliner. All the bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, two night stands, a dresser with a mirror and a TV. The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed, with light oak bedroom furniture and a TV upon request.
The yard is nicely landscaped with a large covered patio in the back, with speakers in the ceiling, as well as an extended free-formed patio with a fire pit and a waterfall.
There is a large built-in barbeque w/side burner, which has a bar height counter with four chairs and a built-in refrigerator.

It is a perfect place to have dinner on the patio, while listening to your favorite music. Then sit around the firepit with your after dinner drink. It is a great way to end the day with friends, after a long enjoyable day of golf. A golf cart is included in the rent from October through April.
You're not renting a home that you're sharing with the owners or that the owners used to live in (They have their own lovely home in Sun City Grand).
It is furnished and decorated strictly for your pleasure and enjoyment. So, you can truly feel that when you're staying there, it is your home!

- Cooking Utensils Provided: All quality kitchen utensils are provided.
- Refrigerator: It is a 25 cubic foot stainless, side-by-side with water and ice in the door. Newer, like everything else in house.

- Microwave: The microwave is built-in below the convection oven.

- Catering Available: There are several restaurants in the area that do catering with Dillons being the nearest one.
- Outdoor Features
- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: The barbeque is a natural gas built-in with a side burner to do your frying outside. It is large enough to barbeque 10 large steaks at one time. It also has a built-in frig for your cold drinks and a bar to eat at. An umbrella is available for warm days.
- Deck/Patio: The covered part of the back patio is 24 x 10 feet but the extended uncovered part is freeform and huge. All of it has cool deck on it. It has a fire-pit, waterfall, table and chairs and bar stools to use at the counter around the bar-b-que. There is a patio in the front of the house as well with chairs and a table.

We're George and Jolanda Mitchell. We had the house built on an oversized lot to give our guests a little more privacy and than proceeded to put it together as if we were moving into it. We want you to sleep on good quality mattresses, with quallity bedding and have plush towels, a well equipped kitchen, large HD televisions (we also include a golf cart and many other items) and hopefully we haven't missed anything.
