  • This is a nice get-away. It is in the middle of everything but private feeling! Nice to have the water in the back yard. The house is very comfortable and you feel "at home". Lots of room and places to sleep! A quick trip anywhere is Lake Lure or Chimney Rock. We will be back!

  • This is a very nice get away cottage! It is close to everything Lake Lure and Chimney Rock has to offer. We enjoyed the homey comfort. The "lagoon" outside the door is a neat passageway to Lake Lure. A great deal as well!!!

  • We were guests at the Blue Lagoon over the New Year weekend holiday. It was a very relaxing, pleasent four days in the Mountains of North Carolina. What an awesome, breath taking area of our great country. The Blue Lagoon is more than just a house! It's a warm, comfortable, cozy home away from home. We have recommended this "get away" to several others after our personal experience.

  • The blue lagoon vacation rental was amazing! It is a very spacious cottage that will accommodate a large family. It made for a truly amazing getaway and my family loved it. The location is very convenient and I would recommend this rental to anyone who needs a relaxing vacation! I plan on going again and would rate it four stars!!

  • What a beautiful house and in such a great location. One day we were hiking Chimney Rock, the next day we were at the Biltmore House. My husband enjoyed the boating and trout fishing. This is a great central location for all the fun and exciting things to do in the NC mountains. We will definetly visit this warm and cozy home again for sure!
