We had 6 in our party and there's plenty of room and really liked the time we were there. Everything is as advertised and would definitely stay there again. The Only issue i had was the wi-fi was not working properly but who needs it if your here...lol

Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our third time in Palmas Del Mar but our first time in this house. It was a great place to stay! There was plenty of room, we did not feel like we were on top of each other and there were 9 of us. The rooms were very well appointed, the kitchen had everything needed to cook. I cannot say enough about Mr. and Mrs. Ho, the owners. They were fabulous to work with. There were two small glitches that were taken care of right away. Mrs Ho called to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend staying here!

I LOVE THIS HOME.. I WILL BE RETURNING! I LOVE THE LOCATION, THE SIZE, THE AMMENITIES AND THE CLEANLINESS.... THERE WERE A FEW GLICHES, LIKE THE GOLF CART WASN'T WORKING (NEEDED A NEW BATTERY, ONE OF THE AC'S STOPPED WORKING AND THE KITCHEN FAUCET NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED) BUT THE OWNER WAS WILLING AND VERY HELPFUL TO GET THESE THINGS REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER... I WOULD RECOMMNEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.. THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT FAMILY TRIP.. GREAT FOR LARGE PARTIES, VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE! THE PICTURES ARE COMPLETELY ACCURATE... WHAT A GREAT HOME!

Vacation with Teeanage Kids and their friends

We spent our summer vacation in the villa and had a wonderful time. This house was perfect, we traveled with our teenage kids and a couple of their friends and having two bedrooms and a bathroom in a different level provided the privacy that they needed as well giving us parents our space. Robert was a great hosts and took the time to show us around palmas in his limousine golf cart and gave us very helpful information. Our kids had a blast and since they all were over 16 yrs they were able to drive the golf cart around palmas without us having to leave the house. When we come back to PR this place will definitely make our list of places to stay.

GREAT PLACE + GREAT PEOPLE = GREAT VACATION To tell the truth, I never had such an amazing experience at rental places before. It was like being a very dear guest, if not a part of a family. Carmen did everything to make our stay as pleasant as it could be, and even more! We'll never forget the freshest seafood she generously provided for us several times. WOW!!! The place itself is great, and electric golf cart makes it even better. Much more than we expected for our money. Thank you, Carmen and Robert. Absoultely WONDERFUL! My family and I have stayed in Roberts villa on more than one occasion now, and will rent from no one else when we go to the island! Non bias opinion here, I am a retired Marine and call a spade a spade, and sugar coat nothing. Robert and his wife are the best host's that I have had the experience of meeting thru VRBO. My wife and I have traveled the world, and use VRBO often. Robert has made staying in his villa very easy and comfortable! I truely enjoy his villa, it has absolutely everything that anyone needs for a one week or longer stay. Very reasonable rates. Very clean, very comfortable. We have five kids and with the layout it is absouletly perfect for a large or small family! Palmas Del Mar is very close to anywhere that a person may want to go to on the island, and is a very safe, gated community. Just in case of a rainy day and you may stay inside the villa all day, Robert has a whole library full of videos including too many to count videos that are childrens movies, no movie (dvd) is inappropriate for any ones viewing. I know that I am being long winded here, so I leave it as this...YOU WILL NOT BE DIS-APPOINTED IF YOU RENT THIS OR HIS OTHER VILLA! Sincerly, Lawrence and Carmen Dimmig.

We stayed at this rental in mid-late June 2009 for one week. Looking over the other comments posted, they have the same general feeling I do- it was a great place to stay. The previous guest who couldn't find a beach must not have searched too far. I wouldn't say it was in walking distance, unless you like walking more than I do, but the golf cart made it easily accessible for us. Around the corner is also a "mini-mall" where you can buy anything from clothing to food staples. Ther are also a few doctors offices right on the resort. A few points that I should note- the beach club is only for those who belong to the country club, so we used the beach at the sheraton. Also, we had issues using internet and satellite television. Our family has been to PR before, so we understand that this happens on the island a bit. Obviously this isn't the owner's issue, but the satellite company's. Overall, we had a great trip, and this rental was everything we wanted!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was clean, cool and very comfortable for our group. We loved sitting out on the back porch and watching the lizards, soaking up the sun and relaxing. We also enjoyed driving around the beautiful and very large resort in the golf cart. A very nice added amenity to this rental. We found some beautiful beaches to swim at also to hunt for shells and sea life. Thank you again we all had a great time. Vincent Putorek

The house is beautiful, and almost everything we needed was provided (except food, etc). Palmas Del Mar is huge, and the golf cart came in handy to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent ten glorious days at this house and it was great! The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything worked and in order. Palmas is a wonderful resort with all the amenities one could ask for. We enjoyed tooling around in the golf cart, I highly recommend Chez Daniel for a great, if somewhat expensive, dinner, then go to the Tapas bar for a glass of wine and fine local music.
