This condo has been recently refurbished by new owners. It has designer lighting, new paint and furnishings. You can relax at the dining room table while having views of the meadows and mountains. It is close to local amenities such as a recreation center, restaurants, shops and skiing. The unit is located in the Pines Condo Association in the Pagosa Lakes Subdivision.
The main level contains a living room with wood burning fireplace to enjoy an evening of relaxation and comfort. The separate dining room seats six and is close to a kitchen bar which seats two. The kitchen is open and inviting to enjoy visiting while you cook. The master bedroom has a king bed with it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and is next to the main floor bathroom. The upstairs loft contains a double bed and trundle bed with it's own bath. There are TV's in every bedroom. There are DVDs in the living room and master bedroom. It is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. This unit is air-conditioned and fun to enjoy in any season.
This unit is near the San Juan Mountains and Rio Grande National Forest. You are close to Mesa Verde National Park, historic mining town of Creede and the Durango to Silverton Railroad. Pagosa Springs is known for the hot springs and spas, which are a few minutes away.
This areas provides world class hunting, horseback riding, snowmobiling, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and sledding. Walking and bike paths right out your front door. You can workout at the recreation center, play golf or just enjoy the views.

The place was very clean, cute, and lovely. Made me feel like home even though I am 12 hours away. Great place!
