Barrier Dunes townhouse with it all--gulf views from BOTH bedrooms, 75 steps to the beach, 200 steps to the GULF FRONT pool & all the extra's you need to enjoy a fabulous beach vacation!

King Master suite encompasses the entire upper floor with a walk-in closet, double sinks, shower, separate garden tub, cable TV with VCR, & private porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins in the surf! You will also find a full laundry room (complete with laundry detergent) on the upper floor.

The Queen bedroom is on the main level and has a private porch with a great gulf view, cable TV with VCR & a ceiling fan. The main level also has a fully stocked kitchen (right down to the DW detergent & crab pot), dining room that seats 4 with 2 additional barstools, and a full living room with cable TV with a DVD, games, books and movies along with a queen sleeper sofa if you need extra sleeping space.

Barrier Dunes is a gated neighborhood that also boasts of the only tennis courts on Cape San Blas, 2 pools (1 is Beachfront, playground, pet stations throughout, 3 fresh water fishing ponds, boat washing area and boardwalks that lead to everything! Best of all your family will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your beach vacation! Your kids will enjoy riding bikes, skateboarding or scootering around the neighborhood in safety!
