There is a new king size bed complete with bedding and a new queen size sofa/sleeper for additional guests. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living area, and patio complete the floor plan. - The complex is located directly across the street from Santini Marina Plaza, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, nightlife and attractions. (Including a drug store, book store, U.S. Post Office, hardware store, bank, marina w/boat rentals, executive golf course, and driving range) There are various cruises available to take for the day or night, fishing trips, and all kinds of water activities offered. Bird watching is a popular pastime due to the inlet proceeding the Gulf. Close-by are Captiva and Sanibel islands, Naples, Miromar and Tanger Outlet Malls, and the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox training camps are also located near Fort Myers. Local museums and festivals also assure for a fun day; but of course, if all else fails there is always the beach!

This unit was a very comfortable place, in that it was clean and everything needed including all of the kitchenware for cooking and there is even a VCR. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The beach is only a short distance, and if you don't feel like going to the beach, there is a great pool here. It is hard to get bored in this spot since everything, including restaurants are close by. I would give this place a five star rating, and I will be back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We are back home as of Mon. and are trying to return to normal activity but it's hard to forget the week we just had. Your condo is beautiful and the whole area around it was like a paradise. We enjoyed the pool, the common areas under the condos, the estuary with the birds, especially the pink ones, and the beach and sunsets were awesome. I saw a lot of shells that are different than any that I have seen before. We drove over to Sanibel and some of the other islands but all paled in comparison to where we were located. Our friends and neighbors around us were very nice and cordial. There were lots of restaurants near by within walking distance and Publix just down the road. I hope we can come back again nest year? I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again for letting us stay in your little bit of paradise.

This was a perfect spot for me to relax while on vacation. I enjoyed the gulf view from my unit as well sunbathing and walking along the beautiful white sand beach. I especially enjoyed seeing the gulf sunset and Florida birds and dolphins while walking on the beach. Beach towels and chairs were available as well as a cooler to carry my chilled drinks to the beach located just outside the building. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It has everything I needed for my stay away from home. Buildings and grounds are well maintained and kept in a high state of maintenance. I really enjoyable my stay and hope to return for another visit in the future.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

We have spent a great vacation in this unit. It is comfortable, clean, with everithing you need for cooking, etc... It is situated in a quiet place, and has a nice view on the beach and the sea. The thing we liked the most were dolphins coming in the morning in the sea... our children enjoyied it very much. restaurants, shopping areas and other attractions are close. It is also good for reaching Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Everglades, Naples... We would certainly reccomand this unit!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

This unit is very comfortable and homey - decorated nicely and has everything you need, including kitchen utensils, extra linens, beach chairs and towels, etc. We had friends staying in a different unit in the same building and they said ours was much more comfortable than theirs. Our stay was the last week of May and the first week of June and it was our first time visiting Fort Myers beach - we had such a great, relaxing time we're now trying to figure out how to move there!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Nice place to stay--easy to find, ample parking, etc. on the quieter south end of the island, making travel easy to Bonita as well as to FMB, Very cooperative, friendly owner who seemed to care about our visit. Nice restaurants in the area, as well as a great beach for walking, sunning, or whatever. Everyone seems friendly. This was our first trip to the island in the fall (been there a lot in the spring), and we really enjoyed lack of reaffic and wall-to-wall people that populate the island in the spring. One could survive quite well here w/o a car, considering the necessities w/in wakling distance, but I'd recommend having one. Would I go to FMB yet again? Yes. Would I stay here again if the unit were available? Yes.
