Our 10th floor unit was specifically selected for the awesome views. It has breathtaking direct views of Perdido Bay, Ono Island and down Old River. Schools of dauphin frolic outside the balcony! The sunsets light up the sky!! Boating and fishing await you at your doorstep. Golf is minutes away and a professional putting green is on site! The kids will love the water slides and lazy river. Everyone will love the easy access to the Alabama State Park Beach with new board walks, restrooms and pavilions.
The interior of the spacious 1800 foot condo features a state of the art kitchen with Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, separate bar with wine cooler and ice maker. No detail was overlooked in designing and decorating this condo. Large 20 X 20 tile is through the condo and balcony. The greatroom is painted a soothing green with beautifully appointed furnishings and drapes. The Tommy Bahama rug is a beautiful accent. Original artwork is displayed throughout the condo, mostly by local and coastal artists. The queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping.
The green color scheme continues in the master bedroom with accents of chocolate brown and a four poster bamboo king bed. A desk provides the perfect spot for your lap top and wireless high speed internet is provided. The masterbath features a large vanity and double sink,large jetted tub, luxury shower with wall jets. Each of the other bedrooms has a private bath and is uniquely decorated. One bedroom has a queen bed with Tommy Bahama furnishings and the other has two twin beds. All the bedrooms and the greatroom have plasma TVs and are carpeted. The great room has a 42 inch plasma with DVD player. The twin bedroom also has an Xbox with games.
The 300 square foot balcony is well furnished with balcony height tables and chairs to fully enjoy the views. The balcony also has another comfortable sitting area to enjoy a beverage, watch the sunset or grill that fresh catch on the electric grill. Don't hesitate to book Caribe Building C #1006!! This is the newest of the three buildings and right in the middle with easy access to all buildings and amenities throughout the resort.

We have stayed in this condo twice and will be back. It is well appointed and conveniently located. The owners are great to work with. Never thought I would be happy staying anywhere that was not "on the beach" but the view from the balcony over the inlet is beautiful. Nice place to just relax.

My mother, 4 children and I just got back from a 5 day stay and this was a gorgeous condo. Very spacious! Beautifully decorated and a great view. We saw dolphins right around the marina in the first 30 minutes after we arrived. The amentities were very much enjoyed by my children!! Definitely will stay here again!
