This brand new 3-story town home is ski in/out, built on the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski slopes – behind the Iron Horse Resort. It is one of the nicest buildings in Grand County with 14 foot ceilings, very high end kitchen, huge living area with cozy leather furniture and a private outdoor hot tub and grill. Enjoy an apres-aki cocktail on the deck while the dual sided fireplace keeps you warm. Take in the views and enjoy the clear night skies in this luxurious, private mountain home!
There is a heated garage as well to keep your car (and you!) warm.
Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to 10. Queen in 1st & 2nd bedrooms, King in 3rd bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the 4th bedroom. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom as well as another ½ bath on the main floor.
