Down by the lake is where this home truly comes into its own. There are 50 steps with handrails leading down to the private lake front area where there is an enormous deck with access to a private small shelving beach. This area is very secluded and quiet – a perfect place to relax.
For your enjoyment the home comes with a new water trampoline, a sunfish sail boat, a canoe, and a kayak. There are beach chairs and plenty of room for picnicking. A Large dock with bouy is a perfect platform for you to enjoy all the water activities of this lake or to sit and fish off the end of the dock in peace and tranquility.
