This home feels like a large lodge,with an oversized gas/wood fireplace and high wood ceilings. It has a large great room with a catwalk overhead that leads to a balcony with second story views of the meadow.
The home is part of a 50 acre ranch where you can see horses and deer as you peer out of an 8 X 12 foot glass wall. An extremely unique building, it has porches on two sides, one covered, with a kitchen pass through for outside dining. The other is nestled in to a remote spot next to a seasonal creek. The river is only a short walk,about a quarter mile to the nearest access point.
There is a new swimming pool were the renter can relax in lounge chairs, or go for a dip and cool off on a hot summer day. The pool is nestled in amoung a small grove of trees if you prefer to hide in the shade, or simply read a book and watch the kids play in the sun.
There is a large firepit where you can have a bonfire and cook marshmallows, and a separate gas grill for BBQing your meals.If you enjoy cooking, the house comes equipped with a commercial gas range and granite coutertops. The Ranch is located only three miles from town square,and two miles to Wimberleys unique Corral Theatre.

3 night minimum & peak rate applies to major holidays and spring break.
A deposit equal to one night lodging is required at time of reservation. Your balance due will be charged 14 days before arrival.
All major credit cards are accepted. Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date are fully refundable less a $50.00 service fee. If you should cancel your reservation less than 30 days of your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 service fee if, and only if, the property you reserved is rebooked for the same dates.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
6% state hotel tax and 6% service fee that will be added to rent total. The rate is based on 6 guests, there is a $25.00 additional guest fee that will be assessed per guest, per night with a 8 guest maximum.
