Our luxurious privately-owned 4 bedroom courtyard house (which is brand new for the 2006 winter season) is situated in Cape Coral’s South West near Skyline Boulevard.
Our "Sunny Belle" is large enough for an extended family or even two families to share - sleeping up to 8 adults - with just over 2120 square feet of fully air conditioned living space (3223 square feet total). You’ll be able to relax around our large 26’x13’ pool with spa (Jacuzzi) and large covered and caged lanai - perfect for your parties!
But should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either retire under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fans or go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature.
The spacious open-plan living room contains large luxurious leather sofas, allowing the whole family to relax. French doors allow direct access to the pool/spa deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight. To keep everyone entertained you will find a large flat screen TV with a DVD player and a library of movies, CDs and books as well as a massive baby foot game and other games.
The large modern fully-fitted kitchen adjoins the dining area and comes complete with all the latest amenities, basic granite tops. The kitchen can accommodate four diners with additional seating for two at the countertop area, the living area with seating for eight.
The home is fully tiled and tastefully furnished in Tropical style and is fully equipped to make your vacation enjoyable. If you love being outside, the table with seating for 8 on the screened lanai next to the heated pool will draw your attention.
It features all new 2006 furnishings, custom floral arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen. There are additional TVs/DVDs in two of the 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms for added privacy and has a private bath with a huge walk in shower and a luxurious large corner bath tub.
A separate guest-suite with its own bathroom and access to the pool, not only for the mother-in-lore!
There is also a separate laundry with new appliances, a washer and a dryer, adjacent to the two-car garage.
The pool and lanai have an eastern exposure for cool summertime seating and is sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is equipped with a modern gas barbecue.
Everything is provided to make your vacation complete. All the bed linen and towels are provided for your needs. For your convenience there is also telephone, high speed internet access and television with more than 150 national and international channels, a high capacity washing machine and tumble drier.

- Cape Coral, the largest canel city in the world, is a very pretty city located in sunny, southwest Florida on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River and provides a annual average temperature of 80 degrees with endless sunshine. Just west of Fort Myers, Cape Coral has hundreds of miles of gorgeous deep-blue canals flowing into the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. It is one of the largest waterfront communities, as well as one of the fastest growing cities in the state of Florida. The popular shelling beaches of Captiva and Sanibel Islands are just minutes away, and several local and state parks offer fishing, boating, swimming and snorkeling and all the popular and fun watersports.
