The Master suite, separate from other living areas, has huge walk-in closest, and private master bath with soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The Den with double hide-a-bed and second bedroom with Queen-size bed have their own full bath adjoining.

Located on ground level, the entire home is handicap accessible. There are TVs in the Master Bedroom, Den, and Living room with Cable included. Full washer and dryer.

Dine at the BAYHOUSE or relax at it's Olympic pool with 12 person hottub and gated Kiddie pool. Also the Bay House features a full Fitness center with massage available by appointment.

Launch a Kayack or Canoe (provided for members & guests) at the private River park. The Estero river leads to Estero Bay and the Gulf.

Enjoy any day at the West Bay Beach club. Gated with private parking and Food & beverage service in the beach house or on the beach. No need to bring towels or chairs, all are provided free to members and guests. You may also visit the Beach Club via Pontoon services from the River Park Marina at West Bay.

Tennis anyone? Four lighted courts conveniently located adjacent the Bay House.
